I love having the convenience of a Walmart close to home but customer service stinks at this location. There’s lots of workers available but all have limitations on what they can do. I went to express pick up and no one was available to help and waited a while to then leave cause I was wasting time. Next day I went for spray paint and it was the same scenario. No one had keys and waited ten min. I left and decided to just go somewhere else. Not mad but disappointed with the lack of management and organization for each department. Hope to see improvement in the future.
Went to go enjoy myself with the wife enjoying a little walk and strolls through the aisles buying items. Having a good time clean awesome plays people being busy went to go to self checkout. Employer was right next to us then I grab my receipt went towards the exit then the guy in the yellow vests asked for my receipt I know my rights not trying to be one of those people but I was enjoying myself and plus in a hurry he asked for my receipt I said no. His name is Jose I respect them I respect what he's doing and I get that is a Walmart job maybe he's a good person maybe not but he kept on pressing me about my receipt I kept on saying no he said he have to I said no and I called for management because he was acting up in a bit different. I went to another employee to ask for manager she called yes and Ishmael helped yes the manager and dont know if he did but he did hear me out and I explainedOver all I respect everyone's job and the person Jose took it another way as he shouldnt but it was solved hopefully and it was a great time tell that but didnt ruined my whole day I will give for that experience a 7.9
The food section is a 50/50. Sometimes it's filled,other times is empty also with pallets on the sides of the aisles. Store could be done better, and hardly any registers open
All the employees were very helpful very nice I was in there and out of there quickly found everything I needed it was okay
All good. Love walmart. Which is weird for me to say from my thoughts a long time ago. But the money center closed early and that was a bummer. No worries. Love
Walmart stores have everything. I was searching for a very small stuff and trust me I got it. The pharmacy is good. You get most stuff cheaper than other stores around.
Recently tried the online pick up system. They said fresh fruit and the best freshest items will be picked. That’s a lie. My items came rotten and stunk I had to throw away fruit and meat. The substitutions they chose for lunchables was terrible.
IF I COULD GIVE 0/0 STARS I WOULD! The rude customer service agents the disrespect towards what we were saying completely ignoring what we were saying when I asked for the customer service manager to come over she completely dismissed me and said that it was their personal store policy that they not except any returns without a receipt when we clearly showed them the transactions on our phone from their store it was there a store number exact match ups on everything but they didn’t want to do it so
Half of the shelves are empty. but the best was they have been out of bags for 3 days. 2 restrooms in the entire store. One is always closed for cleaning. You don't need to close all at once
Went here to get my tires changed and grocery shop. Found most items I was looking for. But they are still low on stock and product is in between aisles waiting to be stocked. The store just seemed really picked through. Check out was easy and quick. Got my car within an hour. All the employees were helpful and polite. There was some parking available.
