Have come to this place ever since it first opened! It's quite a rare occasion if I'm honest, but I haven't had a problem in all my years of it. Sometimes they lack toppings, sometimes they don't. Either way, good frozen yogurt.
Came to this tutti frutti with a $5 gift certificate that was given to my daughter. The boy at the counter told me I couldn't use it there that it can only be used at the location where it was bought from...even though the certificate says good for use at all locations. Um ok ? How would I know which store it was bought from if it was a gift ? Makes no sense. Either way, the yogurt was almost melted by the time it hit the cup. The place was a mess with product all over the store. Not cool. Won't be coming back to this location. I have used the location of Stockdale and the owner there is very kind. Wo
At first glance it looks old/run down, I walked there was no one in the front (reasonable considering there’s other tasks that have to be completed I finish making my cup and I waited what felt 2 mins but probably was less, it wasn’t the best experience but

Love the peanut butter frozen yogurt but don’t love when they mix up the yogurt and I end up with nasty banana yogurt. When I called to tell them they had the wrong yogurt they weren’t even apologetic about it was the worst part.
My family and I love this place!! Staff is always fun and friendly. Love the frozen yogurt and all the toppins, I wish I can give them 100 stars!!!
If you can’t provide masks there should be no requirement to wear one. Not everyone has access to masks.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had!All machines were liquid and only has 2 available flavors! Super rude employees
Want really happy, went they didn't have a lot of yogurt flavors they were out. Several topping also. Went with my daughter. I didn't get one and she came out with chocolate and carmel only half way filled out a small size. Was disappointed. Very little topping. And they are open until 9 I don't know what they are going to have left.
