Thick noodle was so goooooood. We ordered Seafood ramen and Spicy miso ramen. Both of them were delicious.
I forgot to take pictures of the Ramen.It was nice and delicious but somewhere was a dang Timer Alarm going off the entire time. Was hard to conversate with that distraction . Waitress was Shelly was good very enjoyable time.
Our group of seven was very impressed with this restaurant. The service was friendly, courteous, and attentive. The food was very good, fresh, and served quickly. We also found the prices to be very reasonable. We would not hesitate to go back. It was the perfect birthday meal for our ramen-loving kiddo.
Only reason I am giving a one star is because I have to. The food was good, however the customer service was absolutely terrible. The waitresses were constantly rushing me and my family. We were in and out within about 20 minutes because they just handed us the check before we were even done. My wife and our two babies went out to the car and I used the restroom after we bagged up the to go containers because we barely ate any of our food when we were already being rushed to leave. After I got out of the restroom and went to grab the food from the table I noticed it was gone. I politely asked the waitress and without even checking to see if someone had put the food aside while they cleaned the table she immediately said that she didn’t know what happened to it and that they would not do anything for us. I politely left the building. I called in and spoke to another waitress who without even talking to the manager immediately told me they would not do anything for me. I asked for her to please ask the boss and the boss said that they weren’t going to do anything for us because we got up from the table (which we were rushed to get up from). We spent about $80 on the food which we barely ate any of and left a %20 tip even when they didn’t do anything to deserve a tip. Then they threw our food away, after we had asked for TO GO containers and neatly packed them up with 3 almost full bowls of ramen, because I had quickly used the restroom. Even if they thought we accidentally left the food, you would think they would be courteous enough to set it aside in case we came back for it. It was literally on the table for a couple minutes before it was thrown away. THE WAITRESSES WERE RUDE, THE MANAGER WAS RUDE and we had no time to eat piping hot ramen with two little kids to take care of. We lost $100 tonight because of this horrible restaurant. We aren’t rich, we’re struggling financially because of the economy and we thought it would be nice to eat out since we haven’t gone out in a long time. Honestly I’m not even mad, My heart hurts because of how cold and horrible the people are at tengu ramen. We will never eat there again and I hope this review reaches others before they waste their time and money there.
We order tengu tonkotsu ramen, spicy miso ramen and chicken ramen and I can say I WILL come back here. service was exelent waiter so friendly nice little restaurant
The soup was great I ordered the spicy miso ramen and anago sushi everything was really good the noodles and anago were amazing and the service was great, definitely coming back

Spicy miso ramen is packed with flavor, good broth and plenty of noodles, egg had the soft boil you expect and meat was tender
I’d like to try it again.First time here. We were in the shopping area and the wife said, “Hey there’s a ramen shop here.” Our business was done so it was lunch time, so I said we should check it out.The restaurant was a nice little place. A few tables and even a bar area. Nice Asian atmosphere in there with the decor and the fountain inside.I had the chicken ramen. Loved the broth! The chicken was okay.Wife had the shrimp ramen. She liked it. Said the mushrooms were a bit meh.There was only one server working. That was fine when we walked in. It was us and another couple. But by the time we left the place was packed!A Yelp review said the food came out fast! They were right! We ordered some edamame but after the 2nd one our ramen was in front of us!This has been my 2nd time in real ramen restaurant. I love noodles and it’s weird that I never got to ramen places. I would like to try their other offerings.(I had to take a star off because my chicken was very okay. I ordered it on the advice of the server. Remember the broth was excellent! The chicken was okay.)I would recommend coming here.
