I love their Venti Cookie Crumble Mocha Frappes so much that, my fianceé and I grab one almost weekly. Their cinnamon raisin bagels warmed with butter is so yummy too. We love ordering via the mobile app so we can just walk in and grab our orders in the mobile order pickup counter. Earning the Stars for future orders is always a plus too.
I have been lucky with this store; they make my ice coffee the way I like it, and the stuff are nice and friendly.
I just want to say THANK YOU to the wonderful young man at the drive up window this morning who suggested that I add vanilla to my chai latte. It was delicious and your upbeat, happy morning vibe made my day. Keep up the good work!
Over 15 minutes for a black coffee. Terrible. Re-train, fix please.
Staff here make you want to NEVER drink coffee again!!! I’m not sure what’s worse their inability to do their job correctly (following company guidelines) or the outright laziness!!!!
