Two years ago, you can see my review below. It was our go-to store. We were there all the time, before the pandemic. Even during this pandemic, we were doing drive-up, ordering ahead, but, over the last, I’ll say last three weeks (only because that is when it all started to bug us, and it started to really stand out.) That is when the orders start coming out incorrectly, orders half done, or we couldn't order what we usually get because the was saying they are completely out of Carmel Macchiato‘s, Really? So, let's say the five is now a two-star. Sorry guys. I know some of the old-timers were still there you know we love you but, this is sad service.Always get our order right and friendly too.Ming & AsheReally sad that it is now closing at 9 pm. We and my writer friends like to go write there and drink coffee and can't now. Have to White Ln. & Hugh
The coffee is good and all but the straws ain't it. they're paper and they fall apart while you drink it and I eventually start drinking paper. I know they're trying to not use plastic but paper isn't it.
Dont try to apply for a job here. They never get back to you even with a Bachelor's degree.
