Walked a short distance to get some work done here - we were surprised to find the inside totally empty!! Then when we went to choose a table to plug in, we discovered all the power outlets have been covered in the store. I thought this was supposed to be a coffee shop?!?! Totally not what I had anticipated and disappointing! So we carried a heavy backpack for nothing. ??‍♀️

Every time I come to the Starbucks there’s an issue do you today when I came they gave me an overflowing drink that spilled immediately and the lead came off as I grabbed it from the barista. I went inside and got a new drink and complain to them about it and they had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault at the lake came off and be more careful and the second drink that they gave me did the same exact thing and if it made a huge mess in my car and on me as I’m on my way to work.

what can i say its star bucks. coffee and drinks are delicious but whats the point of offering a product without having the right ingredients and then charge me the same price for a cheaper alternative . i ordered a dragon fruit lemonade(i would like to point out that ,that drink comes with fruit pieces already) but only that it didn't come with the dragon fruit pieces due to lack of ingredients i asked the barista if they would charge me less since there would be no dragon fruit pieces in but they said no instead he asked if i wanted strawberry pieces in my drink as a alternative. i asked my passenger which also ordered for the same thing if that was okay and she said it's fine(with a disappointed face) but i waited for almost 15 minutes in the drive thru and i didn't wanna leave empty handed but i didnt feel satisfied being charged for a more expensive fruit and getting a cheaper one. my star review is gonna be a 3 out of 5 since its slow service and lack of ingredients and this isn't the first star bucks i go to that have the same issues

The employee where hiding in the back and while I waited in the driveway waiting for them to take my order. This happened 3 times and also I had a Purple hair girl called me a name. Which made me upset. I always come with a Polite attitude and well respected attitude towards everyone. But this place need to changed employees or fire them. Sorry not sorry.

Ordered 4 drinks they didn't put coffee stoppers on any of them. Not to be petty but if I wanted a typical drink I could ve bought it somewhere less pricey.

Am I the only one, or is someone else noticing that no matter what you say they make the drinks at ALL LOCATIONS however they normally make them. Not only that, I've noticed that all the drinks just make me feel Nauseous afterwards no matter what. I'm not sure if it's what they're using to blend them with or what it is, but they they just make me nauseous every time to point where I went from buying them every day to quitting completely.What's worse is I still crave the coffee, just can't drink them anymore. ?

Line was long but it went fast. Had a bit of a difficult order. Cashier had no issues and did not have to repeat myself. Very friendly.

I went through their drive through, which in itself was disastrously long while the people in the parking lot formed 3 different lines all cutting one another off in line. After making it through that mess I place my oder. Super simple its a Nitro cold brew with salted caramel foam on top, and a Chi tea with almond milk. I get my nitro and its all light brown in color (this is supposed to be a very dark strong cup of coffee. And they gave me no receipt for my order... I think they mixed some of the foam in no big deal. No, it tasted like foamy milk in top of water. It was awful. My husband is vegan and they made the chai tea with milk not the almond milk i requested. All mistakes I was ok having them fix if it weren't for the rude staff on the other end of the phone. I called to let them know my chai tea was not labeled to use almond milk so I could only assume regular milk was used when making it. She says let me ask. Then comes back to tell me no one remembers making that order. Then proceeds to ask if I am calling the right store. I said the sticker on the cup has your store number todays date and the time I went through your drive through. Thos JUST happened 5 min ago.. Then she put me back on hold again and says well how do you know we didn't use almond milk? I said thats the problem we don't I dont that's the issue no one put it on my cup so whoever made it likely did not substitute since its not on the cup. Like why is she arguing over this with me? I also wasn't charged the difference. She has a bad attitude the whole time just hassling me over this milk in my cup. Finally I said I'm bringing both drinks back and want a full refund. No apology when I arrived nothing but a rude woman who rips the drinks from my hand shoves my money in my face. Never again!

Starbucks only gives out paper straws with their drinks now. The paper straws are too short for the cups and they get weak and fall apart after they get wet. They have no other options for straws only paper and that is very very cheap and low quality for a place that charges so much for their drinks. I have decided to no longer get drinks there as long as they have paper straws.

I have nothing but good words to say about this place, great customer service, we are family there lol, Chelsea, Tori and Brad treat us like family, my favorite, keep up the good work
