Nothing against the drinks, location or anything like that... I just sucks that it took 30 minutes for 2 drinks because everyone up front was training... the line was so crazy!! Customers were telling them how to make the drinks, step by step because the one person doing the training was busy training someone else... hopefully when everyone is training things pick up!
Love the open Cafe. The staff was chatty behind the bat, nothing inappropriate but I'm not sure if they knew I could hear their discussion on the floor about personal matters.Went inside because drive thru had 8 cars, and Cafe was empty. I still didn't get my drink until 9 cars went thru the drive thru.
Got my fav. Venti Matcha Latte with 4 pumps of Chai. Line goes fast so no long wait.
Stood in line in lobby. Cashier helped customer in front of me. When she was done she walked away without saying anything to me. I Stood there for 2 minutes before someone walked over to me and asked if I had been helped.
I love ? the service, the lines are long but the service is very nice ?
This is the slowest Starbucks drive thru I've ever been to. I could see inside and more than enough employees! Hey store manager, you need to help your employees . Train them on how to pick up their speed. Also if I order a carmel macchiato and tell you how I'd like it made, that should be enough. Don't ask if I want it upside down. If I did, I would have made that request!
It took over 30 minutes just to get through the drive-thru line and the line was not even that long less than 10 cars. The dining room was closed. I was on break but it turned out to be a lunch. ??
Been a while since I’ve been to the Mt. Vernon Starbucks. Drive thru is always working. Not busy…but active.When I came last thereWas only pick up inside no sit down. (Probably Covid stuff…I get it)Staff was nice.You need a code to use the bathroom. They are nice and well taken care of. I get it. Eww. But this info is important to some people.Thanks Starbucks crew!

Terrible experience. They took way to long and didn’t even get my order right. They were very rude about it too. Never going back.
