I was the only person in line. I waited like 5min no drink a second family come in they got drinks b for Me. The batista new the lady's they got the drinks before me. So I asked how much longer for mine? The batista tells me ur drinks are in drive thru am here u go. Not only did I get water down drinks they had been sitting on drive thru for over 10 min. Will not go back to this location
the supervisor was so impatient with the cashier that I believe was new and didn't know what to do. He took my other and charge me at the window and I asked him to reload my card. The supervisor didn't want to help him and keep looking at me like if it was my fault. The cashier refund my money but not an apology from the cashier or supervisor. I told the cashier I didn't want the drink anymore and he just turn arou.d and walk away all upset. I don't blame him having a supervisor that doesn't help him Socks.
Went into the store for a pick up … and they had me standing there for 10 minutes or so waiting at least for someone to say something… I didn’t care if they would of just asked me why am I standing there … no one asked me what I needed ..nothing.. till I approached and asked for my drink that I ordered and my drink was just sitting there this whole time … I was blow away no customer service at all .. usually they’re very nice … I’ll never go to Ming and real rd Starbucks again ..,, (night crew)

Came here every morning for breakfast and coffee. I’m not sure how, but my app somehow placed my mobile order for the wrong store. When I get there, they let me know that they didn’t have the order. When I checked my phone, yes it was the wrong store. I’ve known other Starbucks to replace orders as courtesy. This Starbucks wouldn’t replace my small pastry item. They offered to replace an $8 drink but can’t replace a $3 pastry. Makes no sense. Won’t be returning
One of my favorite sets of people all around. I love it here and always go to that location despite the fact I have another location literally behind my house. The staff at this location seems to always go above and beyond and is always friendly. It’s refreshing and I hope it never changes.
Coffee was delicouse,hot banana bread,great customer,gold card with Starbuck since 2007 and gokd card member since 2013....love my starbuck...great job starbucjs
