Always pleasant at times it's a long wait. . But it's ok
First time at this location and the customer service was disappointing.. they had my order correct on the screen for 2 drinks, then I get to the window and they somehow removed a drink. When I let them know, a female worker in the back became irritated as she was informed and asked to make the second drink(as if it were my fault they removed a drink to begin with)! I'm BIG on customer service and will definitely not be coming back to this location! ?
Of course he makes me go here ? Fast, friendly and ...did I say fast? ⭐️?
Horrible i did a mobile order. My pick up time was 12:04 (and that was the late time) it wasn't ready or done tell 12:22 with about 6 girls working, some working others just standing around. All they said was sorry where short staff. Which ONLY 1 girl had showed up. So they were not short staff.
I go here almost everyday I LOVE the workers
Got a caramel ribbon crunch it was mediocre at best. And the wait was so long blugh. Wasn't worth it at all and it tasted pretty much like milk.
Everything was on spot as usual & the hospitality was great , paid it forward to vehicle behind us ❤️
I asked for 10 pumps of vanilla and guess what I got 10 pumps of vanilla on my favorite drink. This is the first Starbucks to actually give me what I asked for.
I am so disappointed. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for this drink for them to give me milk. I got it extra hot and the drink was barely even warm. Literally taste like milk with sugar I tried my friends exact drink and tasted way different. I never leave nasty reviews but spending 4$ on hot milk is a rip off!!For a reference I got the toasted white chocolate mocha
I use to go to this location every morning but recently changed to a different one. It use to be great but now the drinks are being made sloppier and sloppier everytime and my drink always comes with spilt coffee/milk/syrup all over on the outside and coffee always tastes weaker and weaker every time. Staff needs to be retrained on how to make the drinks!
