I went there at 12 noon. The customer service was trash. The employees playing, and laughing. I had to have them make my drink twice. And the drink still wasn’t made right. And they did warm my cookies. I had to ask them to do that. Over all the customer service was trash. Not going to that again. I’ll stick to the one on Brundage and Weedpach.
Starbucks has nicely remodeled this store. It gives a much more streamlined appearance and I think a better flow when the store is busy. The bathroom is unisex and larger, but there is only one which may be a problem when busy.Service was quick and polite as usual and as expected.
They wouldn’t make a seasonal drink even though it’s still on their menu. Remove items you can no longer serve. It would save a lot of time for customers who drive out of their way to get a drink that was available just a couple of days ago.
Was here on Jan 24th in the evening as I was driving through to Sacramento. I was in the drive through and told the barista I was sad Chestnut Praline was gone and to make me something she thought I'd enjoy. She asked me my price limit, made me some wonderful concoction for half that, and it was the best coffee I've had in a while (and sad I tossed the cup on accident). Whenever I make road trips down south, I will always stop here. Staff has always been friendly and gone over what was asked

Came at 9:50 pm it shows they close at 10pm mu truck does not fit in drive thrus so i called and she says WE ARE CLOSED BECAUSE WE MOPPED!Clearly the sign says 10pm as she responds well we already mopped!

It was a starbucks. I like them. They were closed after I made my order in the app but they were able to refund me! Much appreciation.
I ordered a Grande Frappuccino. The lady was rude to begin with which was ignored at first. Then, after I paid and waited 20 minutes she tells me they don't have straws. I'm like...."how am I to drink it then." I'm not from the area and I was about to travel an hour to go home, so its not like I could just go home and put it into a cup. She was angry because I refused to accept this and asked for a refund if they were unable to accommodate me. By this point, with her attitude and me no frap, I am glad I remembered the phrase "kill them with kindness."
Horrible service! Had to wait 45 minutes to get a two drink order! I had to repeat my order 5 times before the girl got it right! She kept repeating something I wasn’t even saying. Then it took another 10 minutes to get up to the window and they only had one drink ready! Nobody has time or should have to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru for service!
