It is very disappointing when one of the staff is a reason of bad review to the whole store. Very important a big company like Starbucks or and store manager to make sure whoever hired she/he are talented dealing with customers or trained. They need to go through a real test and never deal with customers until they pass that test. VERY RUD cashier.
There was a fly in the case sitting atop a model sandwich and when I told the Starbucks worker who was taking my order, about it, she said we don't sell those and that she would take care of it. To my mind, take care if it then, but she didn't so I was a little grossed out not ordering anything. Best to train her on best way to deal with this ever occurring again.
Came to pick up beans thru drive thru at this location. Wes a bit disappointed that they didn't have the beans that we ordered but was able yo get the 2 bags we wanted.

I spoke to Flor on the phone and she was such an amazing help for what I was looking for. She really is the definition of EXCELLENT customer service!! Starbucks really needs more Flor workers! Her attitude, energy and helpfulness is amazing! I never get luck with any nice workers at SB. But this time I was so glad I didn’t get someone rude or that really didn’t want to help. Thank you so much for your help. I definitely will be coming back to this store because of you!
Went in today on free red cup day and ordered the toasted white mocha drink. After receiving my drink I asked if I could get my free cup and was told my drink apparently was not a holiday drink, which made no sense whatsoever. I looked at both of the girls confused and told them isn't this drink one of the ones we can order they said no. I ended up trying a different location and they mentioned that they had to give me the free cup because my drink is one of the holiday drinks. Highly disappointed.
