Terribly unfriendly staff and very dirty store. The counter to receive your drinks is full of spilled coffee and the barista dumps your drinks there, so the cups are dripping when you pick them up. The store was empty and they could not be bothered to do some basic housekeeping. Not the Starbucks culture I'm accustomed to, especially when I was once a staff at SB. Disappointing. Two stars for the beverage and gifts we bought
Todays barista was by far rude.1) the indoor dining was closed so couldn’t order inside.2) their online mobile app didn’t accept orders.3) I place my order have my barista scan my code to receive my free bakery item with my points she tells me I cant because she already cashed out and that I could have got them if I ordered it before hand and that’s I should be fine because I gained more points for next time not mentioning her shutting the sliding drive thru window as I was speaking to her not even have a good day !Definitely not going back to this location !
I have to tell you about this Starbucks. I just got back into town and it was Friday February the 18th I've been out of town for a couple of days I came home to mother who had a stroke and a house full of men that have been left alone for 2 days. It was 5 minutes to 10:00 at night I was exhausted I was wore out and just mentally drained. I found that this Starbucks was open and went there to get a drink I ordered my drink and got to the window and I'd forgotten my wallet at home. The crew that worked at night we're so amazing they didn't ask any questions they didn't roll their eyes they didn't give me a look. THEY WERE GRACIOUS AND HEARTFELT and with JOY in their SMILE on their EYES and said don't worry we got this I offered to come back to bring the money in the morning and they said no that it was THEIR PLEASURE. It's service like this that keeps me coming back to this company I'm in the retail business with customer service for over 35 years not only in the restaurant but the last 18 years in the healthcare profession but the crew at this store is above and beyond what they have been trained. They are genuinely concerned and care about their customers I'm just not another dollar bill I just want to give a huge shout out to this Crew?
Terrible location, rude staff where they won't hand you a pick-up drink unless you put on a useless, idiotic mask. Uh no. Horrible customer (non) service.
Asked for cake pops and they ended up selling them to the vehicle in front of me! The girl that helped me was super rude! Stop hiring kids! They need to learn customer service!
I travel for work. Everytime I visit this Starbucks they cannot follow simple directions for Iced Mocha, literally make it hot everytime. And I always just ask for a cup of ice to not be wasteful. But it is terrible to drink this way. I’m tired of them NOT listening when taking an order. It’s ridiculous. I’ve ordered the same drink for over a decade. I know how to call it. Just wish they would actually pay attention and make my drink properly.
I love this starbucks, they are always fast and friendly. The tall blonde haired guy with a deep voice is my favorite. Easy to have a conversation with and seems genuine.
ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED WHEN WE COME HERE! They are CONSTANTLY OUT OF SANDWICHES AND THE STAFF IS RUDE! It Takes at the Very LEAST 20 minutes in the Drive Thru! Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS!
Doing mobile orders are my go to thing and they are super easy. The pick up part however, is terrible at this location. Nobody greets you and you have to basically chase someone down to tell them you have a mobile order. If you don't say anything, they will just let you stand there for forever while they make coffee right in front of you.
Love Starbucks everything I have had I loved they are always smiling and helpful
