Love the shakes but they almost always mess up on my drink orders and they take a long time to get our food.
Waited about 10 mins at 1 of the drive ins and light was flashing red but never got anyone to take my order. The girl working drive worker couldn't have been any better. Very polite and helpful.
Corporate sonic needs to investigate this place. Every time I go here they don't serve thru the drive up stalls they always say we only serve thru the drive thru..after waiting in a drive up stall for over 10 min to get that notice. Then I proceed to the drive thru to order a shake and I'm told the ice cream machine is down . I only live less then a 1/4 mile from this location. I now drive to another location that 3 miles away because there customers service is way more superior to the Sonic on Niles Street. Also the employees at that location is only there for the pay check they don't care about customer service at all. The avg wait to to almost anything at this location is more then 15 min. One time I waited 20 min in the drive thru for a slushes and there was only one other car in front of me . However by seeing the 3.5 review rating u can tell Sonic don't care as long as they get there franchise fee they turn the other way. The store is dirtu there heless people all around. The dumpster look like it hasn't been dump in a month I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut this place down. Looks like someone needs to make a call to them for a inspection please someone in corporate do something about this location on Niles Street in Bakersfield California 93306***UPDATE***I did what was said to do by the person that answers these reviews, however it falls on deaf ears. I called and visit the website and.left a note all I got back was " Thank you for your note we will look into your complaint and get back to you" that was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back from the Sonic Corporation so that tells me they don't care about there customers they just care that the $ comes in to fill there spockets filthy pockets of u don't want to get sick or what 30min for your food or wait 30min in the drive thru just for them to tell u the ice cream machine is not working then be my guest and go to this Sonic if u want to go to a Sonic that's clean and has awese customers service then go to the Sonic on Oswell
Great place if you want to get drinks and dessert. Not so great if you're looking for food. Much worse if you want to sit down and eat.
Sonic is good. This sonic is...okay. When we were there they seemed a little in over their heads. Maybe someone called out, maybe it's just the part of town, maybe they weren't expecting business on a rainy day, I don't really know. Next time I'm in the area I will give it another try and see if it was just a one off and will edit my review accordingly. Regardless, something was off.
I really like this Sonic location. The employees are always very kind and have great customer service. My food and drinks are always yummy. They do get really busy in the evenings on weekends.
Worst customer service . I’ve been couple times but tonight was the first time I was treated so badly. I came to order a chicken wrap. Where the caption says “ grilled or crispy “ And the cashier didn’t even ask what kind of chicken I wanted she assumed I wanted crispy and when I was trying to get a hold of them they were just being rude. The manager phelli or philly on duty was so rude said that I had eaten half of the wrap when I only toke a bit from it and that’s how I knew it was crispy. I have everything on record from my dash cam. I usually nvr complain but this time I was just hurt the fact that the manager phelli or philly just assumed On top I waited 15 mins to get my wrap with no customers in around but my son and I.
Went by and got some chili cheese dogs five for five bucks, and they were conies also which I think is some of the best flavor and very satisfied good service and good price. Took those home to the family and they loved him.
