Not happy with the service the last few months. We love sonic drinks and go alot. Lately this location takes forever. The employees are rude don't even seem happy to have a job. Today i ordered a sweet tea with strawberries. Today i was almost home took a drink it wasn't even tea it was lemonade with strawberries. I tried to call and goes straight to voice-mail. Who ever rums this store needs to hire some people who want to work and get their phone fixed. Also not let homeless hang around. We witness the same man eating and drinking out of trash cans. He always harassed people for money. Nobody wants to see that while eating. Answer your phone sonic!!!
Four the specific location at Mall view, I do think it is a very good restaurant and they prep the food very well and for the amount of business they get everything gets finalized in a fair amount of time. The only thing that I would ever say negative is you never know when something will be missing or wrong with the order probably because they get so busy they sometimes skip or forget or miss calculate your items so please remember to check your items before you leave the store.
I usually love sonics because of the 1/2 off drinks. I always stop by to get a Cherry Limeade but lately the last 4 times I have ordered the drink was so disgusting like they dont put any cherry flavor or the soda is flat and I always ask for extra cherrys and never get them. I have a long drive home so I always leave and by the time I get home its to late to go back and get a new one and sometimes I just don't want to call and complain. There food is good. I lovet there garlic buttery burger when they had it.
Ordered drinks and they were brought out much quicker than my normal experience at the east side sonic.
I went to Sonic last night and the carhops I had were very helpful and friendly to me. Even when I asked for ranch she said yes I can get u more. It was later when we drove away that I realized I looked in the bag that there were 3 ranches already in there. Thank you carhops. Sorry for being a pain.
Always our spot for any type of quick dessert. Service is reasonably quick even when packed. Some of the ordering speakers need work, they're either a black dead screen or won't read your payment when using your card.
This place honestly has the rudest people ever. No costumer service at all, it’s just attitude or don’t even let you finish the sentence they just hit you with the “anything else”. Management needs to check who they’re hiring cuz these girls ain’t it. Quit your job if you hate it that much. I asked for bbq sauce after they asked what sauce I wanted for my chicken and then get mad when I ask for it because they forgot. Just to get some bbq sauce and ketchup takes more than 25 minutes.
Ordered 2 drinks a blue Raspberry/grape slushie and a peanut butter chocolate milkshake-- they got them both wrong. Didn't know that the shake was wrong until after I took off had to go back and was told that they must have given ours to another car
Great Food! Great Prices!The only thing that I found to be out of what I would consider "excellent service" catagory is the fact that it seems to take longer than it should getting your orders! No matter how busy it is otr what you order, for example one day I was the last of 4 cars and no one in the driver thru, I noticed all but myself and one other car hadnt gotten their order yet. I ordered a large coke with a lot of ice and a pretzel without cheese, and it took 26 minutes to get it! Another time I only ordered a coke with a lot of ice and was one of 7 cars parked in the stall and 3 in the drive thru, and it took 24 minutes to get just a beverage! I understand how busy it gets as I worked at Sonic in TX at 17 yrs old, and waitress for 22 yrs after that, but this is an area that could use improvement at this store, is getting things out to guests a little quicker. if its staff the there is a shortage of schedule another car hop? Prioritize getting drink only orders out first and it will make things run much smoother! Other than that great food great prices!
