You have to scream at the top of your lungs just for them to hear you on the drive thru speaker. Only order 2 shakes but they must have been freshly frozen with how long I had to sit at the window for 2 shakes. Then they made the 2 shakes wrong like they've had a hard days work screwing up people's orders. Will never come to this location again.

Went there today about 10 minutes ago, long long wait about 37 minutes (just to get to the window) with only 2 cars ahead of us. My girlfriend ordered a plain hotdog, and I ordered a large mozzarella stick. Got to the window and they had a footlong in our order, no big deal, I let her know it was a regular hotdog plain. When we got home we had a hotdog with ketchup, mustard, and relish. A medium mozzarella stick (paid for a large) and 2 of the mozzarella sticks were just breading no cheese inside at all. How do you mess up fast food so bad?

I came through the drive-through tonight April 9th at around 7:30 7:44 pm. I ordered the chicken strip basket and I will say that the onion ring had seen better days the Texas toast was burnt the tater tots tasted like they were old and refried same with the chicken tenders. I also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with tots the chicken sandwich was the only thing edible the tater tots were nasty. I understand that it was a Saturday busy night but for the prices of the food it should be fresh and not swimming in grease ,very very very highly disappointed in the food tonight I had to throw the majority of my food in the trash because it was gross

worst Sonic i have ever been, at 8 pm it takes forever to get something. I saw it many times now that Customer left the Drive lane, me as well and i will never never go back to this place!

""Wow, you must have a really long movie you're going to watch or something!"Things said to me while ordering two large sonic blasts in the drive thru. Yes, dear, I know it's 32oz, it states it on the menu. Not very good customer service to shame or judge customers, even if "you didn't mean it that way."

Foods great bit they didn't have what I wanted...

Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes unassisted and when I said something they acted like I was bothering them. Only 1 car ahead of me at the window. This location always takes forever getting you your food. Total time at speaker to departure 20 minutes.

I'm tired of coming here and getting interrupted when I order. If your cashier doesn't want to listen why do I come here? Also the place is in terrible condition. Is the owner to cheap to have the driv Thru fixed? Is the owner to cheap to have the interior windows cleaned? Is the management so lacking that they don't care? I've seen the same store manager at this location for over 20 years because she was here when I was in high school.

All of the ordering stations are out of order. Only like 5 of them work so good luck at picking the right one. The card readers are also out order so they have to take your card inside. The car hops are also not very friendly and the food kinda sucks, especially for their prices. They only get 1 star for the shakes and happy hour drinks.Update:super slow serviceBut it looks like they fixed some of the stations
