Michelle was our server tonight, and we couldn’t be happier. She has excellent customer service. She was extremely attentive, and brought everything out to us with a friendly smile and extremely welcoming personality. I felt that she went above and beyond in trying to provide us excellent customer. Thank you, Michelle. You are truly amazing!
Our family favorite location is w the friendliest employees. SIZZLERS on Real Rd.We always have the best customer service.Lorena, is the best Manager. Her crew r very nice. Not like the Sizzlers on Mt. Vernon I been there 4 /5 times & never will I go back againEmployees are snobby.
My wife and I are in our 50’s and we really enjoy eating here at the real rd. Sizzler in Bakersfield ca.The food is always so good, but the Service……OH the Service…Michelle is absolutely the best waitress we have had! Compared too Anywhere….!!We have been coming here for date nights and with family for years(since before Covid).We always prefer to sit in Michelles area because we know we will always have great service!!If you have the chance and want some great food and exceptional service, come to the Real rd. Sizzler and ask for Michelle as your waitress.!!
I just finished having lunch at Sizzler's on Real road. I want to give compliments out first to the cooks for making my steak with perfection. The steak was very tasty and cooked like I requested. The staff was outstanding from the 2 managers Lorena and Carolina. My waitress (MIRNA) was very attentive and always made sure I had everything I needed. Her replacement Michelle continued with outstanding service as well. If you haven't been to Sizzler in awhile I highly recommend you give them a try. 5 stars...
Michelle is the best waitress I have ever had at Sizzler and anywhere we go. No one can match her friendliness and that she really cares about your dining experience. She is constantly asking how we are doing and if we need anything. I always ask to sit in her section for these very reasons.

The Server was Fantastic, she was on top of things. I was the only one to order something other than the Salad Bar in my Family, I kinda wish I would have! I ordered a Platter with Fish and Shrimp (can't remember the name of it), I cannot believe I paid $15.99 for 2 small pieces of Fish, 3 Butterfly Shrimp and a smidgen of Cole slaw. I paid $1 extra for the Roasted Asparagus (which was Actually worth the extra money). I have a Small Stomach, but even I left still hungry! I didn't take a photo because I was ashamed that I paid for that!
Michelle was the best waitress ever. She made me and my family comfortable. Also kept checking on us to make sure we didn't anything. Best waitress there.
Came here for the salad bar. Beside the cleanliness and friendly staff, the food was a bit of a letdown. We were charged almost $60 for 2 adults and 1 child with 2 soft drinks. The choices were very limited with a basic salad bar, 3 choices of soup, very bland spaghetti and meatballs, ground beef tacos, and mini corn dogs - no other choices of taco meat and no fried chicken. The dessert and fruit were adequate. We would have gone to other AYCE restaurants for these prices. We’ll come back for the menu items but definitely not the salad bar.
Firstly service is always terrible. We ordered at the front 5 meals they arrive with only 4 because they forgot to put in the 5th order. I've went on multiple occasions and the servers are not attentive at all. The food is hit and miss. Burgers are pretty good when they get the order right. Shrimp is good (would reccomend). The tomato basil soup from the salad bar is amazing. I have heard of people going and the service/food is amazing so I say go at your own risk.
