Been going here for years...but will not be returning anymore. They had a good thing but started changing gradually. The chips are different, the potato salad changed and now the sandwiches are not what they used to be. The French dip used to be very good but now they are comparable to Arby's. What happened?
Came here recently and the service was not the best which isn’t a big deal but the sandwich was with about 1/3 of the meat that they normal put and the bun was not cut in half, it was cut as a 70/30 with the top and bottom mismatched or opposite. Pathetic. Waste of money. These people need to get it together. The other locations are more with the program.

The customer service here is terrible! The food is great but they are CONSTANTLY making mistakes. You never get what you want, the don’t pay attention to special orders, they leave things out, the wait time is terrible. The prices are quite expensive so I expect everything to be on par and sadly it isn’t. So bad I had to leave a review. Looks like I’m taking my business elsewhere.
Excellent establishment! Everything on there menu looks good and worth visiting a dozen times.
too expensive, had to request that the music be turned down so that you could hear what employees were saying and for them to hear guests. service was extremely slow and disorganized.
We had never tried Sequoia but several people have said they had great salads and sandwiches do we nearby thought we would try them. The service was okay, they had a good selection of things to choose from. We selected the California Pastrami. We waited about 10 minutes they weren't very busy. When we got home and opened the sandwiches I noticed that it didn't have mustard and pickles which was included in the description. The meat was very fatty with not alot of flavor and not alit for the price. I was not impressed and have no desire to return.
Literally never have been treated so rudely as I was today by one of the staff members. She was working to the side and after waiting for almost 40 minutes and having them already say “we’ll get your order” twice in a row after seeing me standing there, she felt it was appropriate to say “I don’t know what you’re doing, but you need to stop.” All I did was stand there. I didn’t harass anyone or go up to her at all. I didn’t even speak to her. But what’s more is, why on earth do I have to wait for an hour when people are getting their orders much sooner than I am when they just ordered? And why is it okay to speak to people like this when they haven’t even said anything to you? You lost a customer today and my whole family, too. I’m not paying $12 for a salad and a side of bad attitude.
Big shout out to the wonderful staff at Sequoia. The food is fresh and delicious . Special thanks to Raymond for being especially kind to me assisting me in finding my mis-placed purse. He went above and beyond. His kindness showed true compassion. Thank you.
