Ordered from here twice and both times order was messed up. The first one she sent a coupon this last order ordered 2 wedges got put down for 1 ordered extra ranch didn't get any at all. Ordered 2 pizzas and they messed up 1 completely called and manager on shift said we had to have 5 pieces left for a return and she wouldn't be able to deliver our missing items. In all it would have been a $10 difference but they couldn't make it right which really was upsetting. Just wanted what we ordered and apparently doesn't matter what pizza you order your going to get whatever they feel like.
Worst customer service ever. My coworker ordered pizza for us and let them know that she was ordering for someone else and would not be present at delivery. They came and refused to even get the pizza out of the vehicle before verifying the credit card (which wasn’t present because it was across town)We tried to FaceTime the cardholder and the delivery person said “sorry, it has to be in person” and walked away as my kids started to cry.I have an extensive order history with them, but because my coworker didn’t they wouldn’t bend.The delivery driver sat in his car on the phone for 5 min before even coming to the door.Sad that they will loose a long time customer over this.
Great menu, friendly service, good quality ingredients. clean kitchen.If price is not an issue for you, I highly recommend. Dine in is available, but the building is tiny so there are only 3 tables.
Place has roaches than when you tell associates they act like they don’t hear.
So disappointed in this location! These people have been leaving flyers in my mailbox for the last 2 months so we finally decide to try this place and I'm told since I'm a new customer I have to pay for my food over the phone before they will make it I'm expected to give my payment information to a complete stranger over the phone to get some pizza They're are so many other local pizza places to give our business to Ill b honest I'm beyond disappointed by the policy Way to lose potential loyal customers

I used to be a regular customer (sometimes placing orders for $40-$50 each 2-3 x's a month!) for years, but in the past few yrs. I stopped using them because there were always issues like calzones made 1/2 their normal size, or cheese pizza's over cooked where they were all dried out. In the last 2 yrs I've only placed 3 orders (hoping to give them 'another chance, against my husband's advice') well, the order prior to this one the cinnamon sticks were 1/2 cooked (which i didn't notice until I ate quite a few of them since the icing covered up seeing the insides...i wound up getting sick from eating them)...since it was late at night after I found this out, I didn't bother contacting them...just tossed the rest of the order out and I told myself I was done ordering from them. But today I needed a pizza fast (for co.) and they were closest to me, so thought give them one more try. Well it arrived so overcooked that some of the crust parts were actually burnt. This time I did call, I was put on hold forever, and now had to wait AGAIN for them to send out a new pizza (and I gave them their burnt one back and told them that was IT for me ...they have Lost a Customer now who is NOT coming back...so don't even bother contacting me about this review. Covid or not, if you hire someone to work there, at least make sure they KNOW HOW to make the products you are selling...your pizza is FAR from being inexpensive....you charge much more than the pizza's we have never had a problem with (ie: Hungry Howies)...so from now on they will get all our business. You USED to care about 'quality control', but when you cease caring, people 'cease wanting to be' customers any longer.
Always good and fast delivery great customer service as well
