I have been here many times never disappointed
Chicken Fried Steak with country potatoes was bland. The chicken fried steak was so overly fried there wasn't really much meat texture. It was like eating an oily crisp.The country potatoes and egg needed seasoning but the potatoes was the higher rating of the entire dish.The hot links with loaded hashbrowns was good. We asked for cheese and onions on the hashbrowns, and although it was $3 more, that was the best tasting part of the entire meal. Yes to the loaded hashbrowns!
Excellent food ,service was great coffee never ran dry . Chicken fried steak ,eggs sunny ,country potatoes, biscuits gravy side corn beef hash . Done till dinner . O ya and the wife and kids ate something too.

Food was very good. Even though it was kind of busy. It was still quiet enough to keep my service animal calm.
If you have not tried Renae's Cafe you definitely should. The biscuits and gravy are delicious. My favorite dish here is the breakfast burrito with country gravy added.Another thing to be aware, if you don't want to dine in, they have take out. Call your order in, and behind the building to pick up. There's a sign by the door with a number to call to let them know you are there to pick up.You can also buy gift certificates here for presents.I hope you try out this hidden gem.
The food is amazing...fast service and good portions. The staff was very friendly. This will be our new go to stop traveling to LA....wish we lived closer to eat every day.

This is Our #1 place to eat Breakfast, Lunch, or Brunch. The Employees are always Friendly and Helpful. They have specials each day that is posted on their site, and in the Cafe. The Specials are usually something that you won't find on the Menu, and definitely different. We visit Renae's at least once a week, Sometimes more. If you like the Clam Chowder from Splash Cafe over on the coast. Then you'll want to come to Renae's on Friday for their Fish meal with Chowder from Splash Cafe ?. If you're looking for a favorite hometown spot? This is Definitely One of those Places. ❤
