Really gone downhill. At least this location. Haven't been in a while and was pre COVID but used to love it. The food you got looked absolutely hilarious compared to the menu. Whiskey brisket burger looked fantastic on the menu and came out looking like a deflated burnt up old nasty cafeteria burger, like from the school days. It was actually laughable, and we did so quite a lot. Told waitress when she came to ask how it was and she didn't even acknowledge the answer lol. Maybe she was embarrassed, I would have been serving up that for the price...any price. Bottomless fries used to be the best but now they give you like 8 fries at a time then you have to wait for more ..a few more...each time Super chency. Really sad show, no effort. The island heat boneless wings . Well you got a great amount of pub chips and wings I'll say that. But the sauce was really only all over the chips, and there was just cold, raw, canned pineapple pieces with raw jalapenos strewn all over. We poured blue cheese crumbles on it to help out but was just weird they wouldn't have heated up the wings, pineapple and jalapenos all together tossed with the wings and sauce, then poured that hot goodness all over the chips. It was a bellyflop of a dish. It filled the hole but was really disappointing. At least we got some good chuckles I guess. Didn't get great service either after our waters were delivered. That girl should be a server she was great.

The restaurant was clean, the hostess, Manager, and waitress were all very nice, helpful, and attentive. There was approximately 25 minute wait time for a table but that is usually the case at this establishment. The manager was doing interviews to bring on more hostesses and wait staff due to a shortage in staff. Our waitress made sure we had everything in a timely manner and the food, although a bit salty, was good and tasty. I would recommend this place to others as they have a wide variety of food for the whole family.
Absolutely amazing! The food is delicious & The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants & you only get a small amount of food. I am certainty going back :)
Wife and I go there regularly. Portions are so generous for the low cost that we usually split a burger and onion rings. We leave feeling full.

I had an issue with my order for pick up tonight, I wish I could give 5 stars but the food itself was subpar and for that I’ll give it 4 for the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The food can be redone but finding good service these days is so hard to come by! I talked to Cher and she helped remedy my order gave us a full refund and thanked me for talking and working with her to get our needs met and keep this customer happy! I would definitely recommend eating here !
Our server was very nice but you could obviously tell the kitchen help was horrid. No Communication at all. And only 2 handicap parking spots. When my brother with no leg has to walk from the far back of the parking lot to go eat. It being part of a mall they definitely need more handicap parking.
