I've never been to a restaurant that treated there customers like I was treated on Saturday. They took my order with my 2 other buddy's that came with me and my friends got there food in a timely matter, after waiting 10 mins after they got there food I went to check on mine and they never had it on there screen to make. About 5-6 mins later I got my food, ate the burger and as I was eating my frys I look down and there was a pincher bug in my fry's as I return my order they got the manager and all they offered me was to make another... after seeing that I lost my appetite, all I wanted was a refund and never got it or offered...

Heard a lot about this place and how fantastic it is. Got the combo plate with the naked wings. The chicken was kind of tough, not much flavor. Canes sauce was ok, didn’t see the hype. Fries were average, coleslaw had no flavor and Texas toast was good. Don’t think I’ll waste my money here again, I’d prefer chic-fil-a.
The food is good but I don't like that they close early. I mean, why have business hours posted if they're not going to observe them? Do they just close early whenever they want to go home early?I went by just before 12:30 on Thursday night, May 26, 2022 (technically Friday morning since it was after midnight, so the 27th) and there was a big sign blocking the drive-thru entrance. They were supposed to be open until 1:00 am but I guess they wanted to go home a half hour early. So unprofessional! Usually the staff are always friendly and professional but not tonight.
Man i got the 3 piece chicken fingers and they where so small i thought they was chicken nuggets. Definitely not going back service was good...very disappointed
Very clean! The owner is nice! Raising canes might be my favorite fast food chain.
Honestly their chicken isn't even all that BUT!! they're a vibe all day, when you eat inside they're always super pumped to serve you, they have great management and it shows. This is the difference:)

Let me start off my review in a positive note, the staff is always friendly that has never been a issue. But the food quality has been decreasing. My fries where cold and soggy, my chicken tinders room temp o.m.g and let me tell you about my cold slaw it seemed as if it was not refrigerated for some hrs. I took one bite of my cold slaw. Not good at all ?!! I'm sure all of that is a health code violation of some sort. This is not the 1st time it happens to me during my lunch break, I really hope the manager or a supervisor takes a look at my review and address this issue. I don't have the time to go back during my 30 min lunch break to address these health code issues. This should not even be a problem to begin with. I purchased two meals and both were like this, c'mon!!!
Freshly made food, fast service, friendly servers with great attitude and tasted better than the Cane's in Downey and Long Beach!!! Keep the good work!
