Food is fine for fast food chicken. Asked if a 10 min wait was acceptable for our food. Wound up waiting 35. Should have left. At least tell the truth about the length of the wait.
After reading order back to me I was given the wrong order and not given a receipt, when I brought the error to the woman's attention she was argumentative with me about what I ordered. My wife had been there the whole time and also vouched that the order given to us was wrong and again the woman working stated that her screen says otherwise. Frustrated, I chose to just leave instead of wasting my time arguing with her further. Since I was never given a receipt its hard to complain directly to the owner/company so here I am. Hope they see it!
Our drive thru order was prepared quickly and our spicy chicken sandwich was fresh and tasty as always!
Food was great , biscuits out of this world , employees mmm mmm no comments , but I didn't go for the employees I went for the food !!!
Came to this place for the first time ever and I had high hopes. Fries were soggy and chicken sandwich tasted like I should have went somewhere. Staff was super friendly though and they were fast. I just wish my food didn't taste like their company was making them make drive thru times. Two stars because the staff was friendly
I don't like giving bad reviews, but our food was not fresh, I didn't even get what I actually ordered. And asking for sauce was like pulling teeth. The time we were in there they weren't even busy and it looked like they had plenty of workers... I always try and give some slack in those situations. But honestly I seen zero acceptance of it. I hope it was just an off day.
Chicken tasted old and was not hot. Ordered a pie it was cold.
Don’t expect to have nuggets with any chicken in them or to receive a refund after complaining about these chicken scrap nuggets
This Popeye's has always given me top notch service! Sure it takes a little to get my food but at least I know it's fresh!
I love Popeyes don’t get me wrong but no lie every time I go to this location they really mess up my order every time in the food seem to be dry or warm not hot temperature it makes me what to give up on that location it’s not the food it’s the employee’s smh ?♀️
