Got the fish sandwich..good flavor but it was not crispy when it was giving to me and to much sauce..so I had to toss it?
First off the food no matter what seems to always be good when ever we come, if its drive threw or walk in it seems to be consistent, However it seems to always be understaffed and the staff they do have are having a hard time dealing what we call "Oildalians" which I don't blame them, because some people wont clean up after themselves or are very rude and impolite or in a hurry, the staff some Young and a few older are what seems like still in training, but was very apologetic for delays in food that needed to be cooked and accommodating to myself in a wheelchair. I used the app for the first time getting the 10 piece meal cheaper then listed prices on the wall was very cool for my first time using app.
I went there for lunch. I got my order really quick through drive thru but the quality this time from that location wasn't the best. The french fries were stuck together in one thing and the tenders were cooked well but very small. Overall it was ok
Food are nasty, ordered 2 set spicy tender, with mash, cole slaw, Fries...the tenders are not cooked properly and it taste funky& Smells like a dog.Mash Patotoes are to oily and taste spoiled.Everything we ordered went to waste...ALL crew needs more training because nothing taste good with the way the products was cook.

Their food is amazing Here, I personally love the chicken sandwich they have. Staff is always nice and friendly.
It's ok I guess ordered 2 chicken classics and got sick before I could eat the 2nd one, they don't change out that frying oil enough
Jacob is a great cashier, Matt & Kim are awesome management; overall you can tell the whole team is dedicated & does a great job!
Went in to order 6 spices chicken burgers, Fries, and a kids meal. Was given attitude for ordering 6 sandwiches and told to park which I did not mind.. waited the 15 minutes and was rudely approached by manager and asked to pay for the hottie sauces I was given. So I paid for them and was brought my oder to realize before I left they were missing the kids meal and one sandwich. Overall very uncurteous and unprofessional
My combo was good. My roommates was not. First they gave unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Then they made the chicken sandwich without sauce or pickles. I would consider this a fluke but it's happened more than once. Most of the mistakes are with the tea. 50/50 chance I'll get sweat tea. Otherwise they are decent.
