I ordered #3 and a #8 combos + a 1/4 pound of popcorn shrimp. Only the drive-thru was available.. restrooms were outside with heavy-duty locks on them. I asked for sauces.. the young woman said there was a tarter sauce in the bag. She wasn't pleasant. I asked for ranch.. she said it's 50cents. So, I left begrudgingly. I didn't get a receipt or napkins in the bag, I didn't get a fork or spoon. We had coleslaw and beans&rice. So I went back.. gave her a ration of my displeasure. I think they're skimming. I went to the store on Chester, in Bakersfield, CA. Shame on your house!

Upon our arrival, i thought that the overall appearance of this establishment made it a bit questionable, as it appeared..run-down...or delapitated. In fact, had there not already been a car in the drive-thru and a couple eating inside, i would have assumed that it was closed down. So i decided to check it out, never having been to a Popeyes before. But the man at the window taking our order was thee most rude, sarcastic, JERK id ever encountered! They need to put that guy in the back or something because he was just being such a jerk. I cant believe he even still has a job after dealing with customers with such hostile disdain and utter contempt! Today is monday, february 14th, 2022. N i went there today at about 6:35pm. Whomever was working right then - is the reason i wont be bringing MY business to this location EVER again.
The food tastes old the bread is hard and the soda is flat. Won't be going there again
Went ti Popeyes today and Jose was very rude... I asked id he had the 5 something special, he said no. I had to order it online. I was just here at this location and ordered 2 tenders with 2 sides and a bicuit and paid not even 6 dollars. Was just at the Popeyes on Niles and ordered the same dinners and paid a little over 12 bucks. The price is not what bothers me. It was the customer service I received from Jose which he told me he was the manager. I tried to order a 8 piece nugget combo and told him I wanted mashed potatoes. He repeats my order a he said fries instead of mashes potatoes. I guess he got a attitude when I told him I was just there a few days ago abd I always go there to eat cause I work near by. He got a altitude. Well maybe managing a fast food restaurant is not the job for him. I left...and wint be bwck when he's there. I've NWVER had a problem with Popeyes until now ( him/ manager/ Jose). Bad costoner. Service. My passenger thiught he was on drugs.... Something wrong with him... Having a bad day. Shouldn't came to work then
Don’t go to this location on Chester!They don’t know how to serve actual chicken. If I wanted to pay $10 for breading I would.This was a chicken nugget combo box.
Brogan was very helpful in telling me the various food options I could choose from with the money that I had I don't usually eat at Popeyes, but I found him to be very helpful. I think will be coming here again .is second time for me going there and I found it very helpful not him I mean it but him. Omg, doing this review makes me want to vomit. Stay away unless you want bubble guts and a sore rear end. Popeye can't sail no more. Greasy, nasty old chicken in old cooking oil. Yuck.
Very bad I went there for food and order a family meal which came with 2 sides and only came with 1 and the service time was so bad and the person in side was not wearing a mask we are in covid-19 still.
