May I give a huge shout out of gratitude to the staff worker or manager at this Panera (she is about 5'8 - 5'10, Black, friendly -- I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name) -- because she was SO brave. I was on a road trip with my baby and while she was taking our order a very rude man asked her for a spoon and she said, "one moment please," and he suddenly started cussing her out and threatening her for no reason! She asked him to kindly to leave if he was going to act like that, and he started to verbally threaten her that he was going to hurt her physically! None of her colleagues came to help her. She was so quick though and bravely told him to get out and to step away from my baby and me since he was right next to us. He was on the verge of possibly getting violent and she stepped in-between him, my baby, and me. He left and she handled this terrible situation in such a calm and brave manner. I just want to thank her one more time and I hope that awful man never comes back to that Panera, he was really frightening. Also our food was great and we appreciated this employee so much! I went back inside to try and find her but she was helping a line of customers. Please give her a raise, some kind of award, or just praise at the very least. She went out of her way to make sure my baby and I were safe. SUPER CHILD-FRIENDLY!
I've eaten here before and always had great food hot I stopped in the other evening (Tuesday February 15th) to pick up my birthday pastry. The young woman at the register was super friendly and engaging. Had the pastry the next morning warmed up with coffee and it was delicious.
The food was excellent.The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 is because they didn't cut the French bread pizza into slices like other places do.The customer is not supposed to do any work when it comes to their food.Hopefully they will do better in the future
This place had really bad service, food was really cold, and the plates were dirty.
Went through drive thru this morning and ordered a bagel and coffee. Asked for 3 creamers and 1 sweetener. 1st creamer was fine. 2nd creamer was like thick snot. Sitting in my car while fixing my coffee and freaked out! The snotty thick strings went everywhere! My clothes, console, carpeting. Please check creamer before ruining your coffee and car!

I had ordered a grilled Mac and cheese sandwich and this is what I got. A very sad, grilled cheese sandwich that wasn’t even melted and there was no Mac and cheese inside. These proletariats need to work harder.
I am disgusted by the way upper management treats certain classes of people here...I have been a customer for over a year. The staff is sweet and caring. The management...not so much. When my coffee subscription ends...I will get a circle k drink card...
