I ordered on Doordash and the dasher called me to explain them wasting my food in the bag and refusing to replace it while still there. I honestly like Panda Express I’ll usually eat it twice a week but I won’t be dining here again because 1 customer’s experience didn’t mean as much as less than $3 in food. I never go to this particular panda for customer service (which is usually basic/minimal)only because the food is as consistent as you would hope but that really shows me how little you guys value your customers if this is how we’re treated for YOUR mistake. I won’t have nice things to say about this panda because your only positive just went out the window. I don’t usually write bad reviews but wow I’m just really taken back by this experience. Also to top it off my food was open ?
So be careful this location likes to double charge you and act like they don't know they did. Happened to me on April 6th the cashier young girl short hair not sure her name double charged me I went into this store yesterday the 8th when i checked my online statement and realized they double charged me. The manager said I'd have to dispute with my bank there was nothing they could do. How about training your cashiers correctly.

They were very rude they didn’t give me what I wanted. The orange chicken isn’t even sweet it’s sour and a hint of spicy And the pieces are also bigg ! And the chicken is to soggy ! ?

Marlene who works at your location, she first greeted me with such kindness. She was so patient with me because I speak low and was very professional. She was quick and very considerate.
Rude lady 1st server. Went into this store to pick up a online order. The order was supposed to be ready at 1:05 PM Was not ready until 1:25PM. I understand that there is a rude lady manager in this store but did not have the pleasure. Will not be back.
Panda is such a good place. I come here where I can for my lunch, they always have a good welcome and there employees are pretty friendly. It does get full quick but honestly knowing how good the food is it’s worth the wait.
