The manager at 5:30 p.m. 6/12/22 didn't want to replace a meal for my 11 year old daughter. She thought the food was way too spicy (Orange Chicken). I told the server that helped us with my order. That she don't like anything that is spicy at all. I don't know what everything means on the menu. I'm just a customer ordering food. If the server knew the food was spicy then she should have said it's spicy. Ide put zero stars if I could ?
You can never go wrong with panda, I have rarely seen there drive thru not bulging at the seams, and if I had its because it's not open, they have some amazing food, it is definitely not cheap but it's like the field of dreams movie if you build it they will come or in get shorty the movie when John Travolta says to Danny devito when your important people will wait, same concept because I don't think people care how much it costs its so dang good

Went about 30 mins before they closed and got a bowl with shrimp. The shrimp was not hot, barely warm really, with a few pieces that were kinda cold. Really gotta go in next time to see what's the freshest...
Had to wait 30 minutes for our food. When they finally brought it out they didn’t bring the springs rolls and had to go back, resulting in even more waiting. Then when they came back we asked about the sauce and she said it was “in the bag” get home and it’s not in the bag. Had to drive all the way back just to get TERIYAKI sauce for my TERIYAKI chicken.
Mt Vernon Panda Express has deteriorated a lot especially in the last few months. The dishes are over cooked, unusual tastes to the sauces, just terrible! I actually tossed my last order of Kung Pao & mushroom chicken sides as they tasted the SAME, a thick dark burnt tasting sauce! I USED to love Panda Express. Maybe it's just this location? Management is doing a terrible job with the QUALITY of foods yet I see they've increased their prices again. No more visits from me

We ordered a family meal today and it was the worst food we have had anywhere at any time in years even at McDonald’s and we got food poisoning at McDonald’s. My husband has been sick this afternoon since he ate the food that was delivered from Panda Express to us today. I wouldn’t eat but a few bites because it tasted funny and I didn’t want to get sick. Buyer beware! The food tasted really old.
Came here last week and there is someone outside taking orders before I can even see the menu, out of Beijing beef yet it's on the menu so I got beef and broccoli instead and when I got home I realized they skimped me beef it was literally 3 small pieces and all broccoli, also tried to order the super greens instead of rice and they were out? Poor food management .
Food was great, but I didn't like the fact that the lady who was taking my order was cutting me off every single time I spoke. Plus she was taking my order way too fast.. like bro chill, you don't have to rush. I was the only one in line
