It's Panda!! This location was clean, quick with the orders, and on this visit had all the dishes made and ready to go, rare lately on my panda visits. Food quality was what you would expect, and prices on par with SoCal. The dining room was clean for the most part, but the service tray could have been cleaned, looked like they dropped sauce on it.
Do I have to ask for sauce for my teriyaki chicken when I order online ? If so why isn’t it an option?? Plain chicken is a deal breaker in my book.
Rude employee at drive up window. Even ruder when I had to go back thru to get what she forgot. And really small portions. Waste of my money and my time. Really hate posting negative reviews.
We went through the drive thru to order food like we do all the time. When we got up to the window to pay and get the food, my husband forgot to order me my drink and asked if we can add my drink to the order. The guy said no and my husband actually thought he was kidding. But he wasn't kidding at all. So for him to get my drink, he had to go to the back of the drive thru line to order me a drink. This was uncalled for and I have had added stuff to my order a couple of times before after the initial order and had no problem adding 1 other item, even if we had to do a separate transaction. This was sridiculou!! I think the guy didn't want to be inconvenienced and/or lazy to add the 1 drink. The customer service was bad and unprofessional!!
Food was fresh and good but the young person that took my order was not listening at all. I asked what two of the items had in it and she said “different meat then this and different vegetables” well no really? So what was in it? She Janet st tossed my box and walked away. I might have gotten an egg roll or another item but it was a total imposition to the person that was fixing my food plate. Do better.
I love all the choices of entrees they serve. My only complaint is that it seems the orange chicken has been kind of dry and tough on my last few visits. Hoping that will change back. Their green been chicken is so tender and flavorful! I want to recommend it, but when it becomes your fav, don't forget, I called it! (That's still a thing, right?)
Haven’t seen my food yet, literally driving home now after leaving the drive thru. Who ever that blonde girl was that was working it was extremely rude. I was asking for condiments and before I can finish what I wanted, she closes the window grabs then hands me food, I asked for teriyaki sauce when she came back then she closes the window, then i had to shout chop sticks at the window because she was walking away. I can understand if you hate your job, but no reason to take it out on us customers..
They must sed to almost throw your food out the window and to hell with whether the boxes were closed properly or at all. Last time I went the staff was pleasant, quick, got home and all the boxes were closed!!!! Wow!. (I know, basic stuff, but for some time now the Merle Haggard Dr location has had trouble with 'box failure' that feels like uncaring staff.) Like I say last visit Not That Way. Was Great!
The world is going completely stupid. The bill was $11.15. I handed the cashier $11.25. The cashier entered it as $11.22. She was WAY out of her element trying to figure out how to solve the issue so she called the manager. The manager was having a difficult time figuring it out, but with the help of a calculator and me giving her the answer, she finally gave in and gave me a dime. And these people think they are worth $15 per hour? I bet if we told them $7.50 was the new $15 they would be good with it.
The girl who was speaking through the mic was extremely rude and not patient at all. She sounded annoyed and irritated to be working. It’s 6:39pm so who ever it was I know people have bad days but your emotions should never reflect you working. Your manager should really teach you guys how your attitude can reflect the business. Her name is either cia sia siya something like that.
