I do recommend, however my friends food was great. I just ordered a bowl of Wanton soup and it was the worst Wanton soup I have ever had. It tasted like it was days old.
We made a reservation for three through the Open Table app and mentioned a birthday celebration. When we were seated, we discovered the table had decorated with placements, golden chopsticks and a signed birthday card. This truly set a precedent for a glorious experience of fine food, attentive and warm service in a very clean and beautiful setting. WELL DONE members of the PF Chang’s Bakersfield Team!!!!

Food is ok. A little pricy. Nice atmosphere to have a drink and talk. You can only pay electronically from your smart phone.
We ordered the calamari tempura and shrimp dumplings as our starters. The calamari was very oily and soggy. We sent it back. Didn’t reorder. Shrimp fried rice was our main meal we ordered it with light oil. The rice was mushy.
The service was probably the best I've ever had. Our server would get us refills right before you'd think to ask so you always had a drink in front of you. The food was good I'm just not the biggest fan of Asian cultured food but I did like what I got. I honestly just didn't think the food and it's price were as even as they should of been. Loved the service though.
At first it started off not to well sat down for ten minutes before we seen a waiter but after that everything went well food was delicious
Lunch with co-workers for Chinese New Year. We ordered lunches, not family-style dishes, but shared some dumplings, which came to the table piping-hot, and with a nice flourish our server poured a dark sauce over them, creating a steamy, fragrant delight. All the lunches were declared 'really, really tasty'. One diner noted that the serving sizes were smaller than we remember.
