My granddaughter graduated from Taft College, on Friday, May 20th. After the ceremony, we wanted to take her to eat. They were the only restaurant that would accommodate us, on such short notice, since they were closing at 11:00 pm, and we didn't arrive until after 9:30 pm. The staff was very patient and professional, and the food was delicious. Never did we feel like we were being rushed or holding up their closing. There was at least 20 of us, so my hat's off to them for handling the last minute reservation.

We call to make a reservation one day in advance because we knew, how busy this place can get we were celebrating my niece's birthday. They told us there was no need to reserve a table. We call again Monday morning because we wanted to have dinner there, that evening we ask again they said it wouldn’t be a problem but they couldn’t reserve a table it was about 15 people in our party we just wanted to make sure we wouldn’t have to wait and they would be ready for our group. We call 15 minutes before heading there and told us that there was no wait time. We get there and they tell us is a 2 hour wait for such a big group, food is great there but they lack on there costumer service, we end up at Sorella that was by far the best decision we made that night.

I don't get here often, as it's the only one here in town and the lunch time wait is too long. Well the food was basically okay; a little dry everywhere. The breadsticks were not fresh or warm, and the main course was dry. The Bellini was really good, and the service was stellar - If I could single out the service for a rating, it would be 5 stars . I noticed on the menu that fettuccine seems to be the side pasta for everything. It's not really the best choice when having chicken marsala. I know that fettuccine Is really cheap, and the sure sign of a cost saving measure, but it is also heavy and flavorless. . And, I dislike poorly prepared pasta, as this was lukewarm and a little chewy. I would not consider going here again in the near future. I DO recommend the 'italian donuts' though

The Olive garden never disappoints my family. This was our first time back since December 2019... Then the pandemic news came & in the first quarter of 2020 our world changed. So we didn't get a chance to go out much because I have parents in their 70's & they opted to stay inside & no more going to restaurants. Fast forward to the 11th of March 2022 & we came back to celebrate ? my mom's Birthday ? here, because she was craving their famous Salmon & broccoli with the all you can eat Salad & Breadsticks. We started with the fried shrimp ? appetizers with fried bell peppers & onions that come with this delicious spicy ranch dressing to dip everything in. We also got the Fried Ravioli with the spicy ranch dip as well, Which I highly recommend‼️‼️Our server was a real sweetheart & I HAD to tip her an extra $20 on top of her tip that was added to our debit card payment cause she took very good care of the 6 of us at her table. She was on top of her game with refilling drinks & butter & breadsticks & salads & extra dressing for my mom & grandma. We had her running back & forth for sure & she didn't disappoint at all. Our food was served pretty fast & I was surprised because the place was packed. Everyone's dish came HOT ? & delicious to our table. We all accepted the "Freshly grated parmesan cheese" on our dinners as well. Everything went perfectly for my mom's birthday. We bought a cake & our waitress put it in the fridge for us until we were ready to sing Happy Birthday ? Then staff members all came over to help sing. We had a blast there & it was a 5 star ? visit & review. I cannot thank the Olive Garden & its wonderful staff ❤️ for a beautiful night out with my family & an amazing dinner as well. THIS was all that was left of my mom's cake because our bellies were full of food. We will 100% be back again. It was so worth it after being away for 2 years & 3 months. Forever grateful ?? Christopher

Great place to go with the family. My girls love it!The wait was a little long but that could have been avoided by making a reservation, that's on us.Food was great and staff was excellent!

Fast and wonderful service, our server Kat was absolutely amazing and kept up with all her tables at the same time. She did a wonderful job; she knew the menu and how to say all the names! If I'm back in the area, I'm coming back!

Sat down out bar area GREAT service, Efrain was awesome,, one of the best bartender in town handsdown. Great experience would recommend to sit down at bar area for lunch for a quick bite and drink. Efrain, Thank you for a Great experience and service.

I don't know why it took me so long to finally eat here, but I had hyped this place up in my mind for so long. I love pasta and Italian inspired dishes. The wait was understandable for being "the covid times" bit shocked that they don't have more locations. Upon being seated, our server was very nice. Polite and kind.I loved there kids menu book, that was very playful and straight forward. There regular menu was nice. It wasn't overwhelming with dishes and the pricing was explained in the dish itself.I had the chicken Alfredo, the neverending salad and a mango strawberry tea. The salad was a salad, hard to mess that up, so that was good. The first tea was lacking flavor, but it was smooth. The second time it was super flavorful. The pasta was cooked nicely, the sauce was a first for me. It was a nice taste compared to store bought. The chicken was cooked nicely and had a nice sear. However there were some pieces that had no salt and some that where too much salt, so that was a bit off putting. The portion was good and very filling. My kids enjoyed there food, they didn't like the lack of sauce but I explained that it's a kids portion.Overall I liked the food and the experience, but I'm not rushing to go back just yet.

Food is pretty good but can't understand the crowds. Over an hour on a weekday. Can't blame them for being popular but many comparable Food options in Bakersfield with more reasonable wait times.
