Ol west cafe is a quaint place. Very intimate bc you can talk to the people at the next table if you want. The food is good and the waitresses are friendly and 'down home' kind of people. Is it 5 star...nope. But better than your big chain restaurants, we think
Best breakfast I've had in Oildale. Try the cowboy potatoes as a side - the seasoning is perfect. The staff was really friendly and helpful explaining the menu and you can't beat the price. Breakfast for two for under $30 including tip.
Wow me and my husband went here the other day. We absolutely love this place it's very homie. The staff is very friendly and love to joke around. The food was excellent my husband got the meatloaf with eggs and potatoes, I got the French toast. We left very full.

Some of the best corn beef hash I've had. Great atmosphere, this place is definitely one of the best breakfast joints in the city.
