This place is a mess I ordered mediocre food from this place the girl who took my order for got to put my order into the system and the laugh about it instead of trying to gif it or apologize she said do you want me to cancel the order?! And I spent a lot of money at this place I recommend not going to this place at all Below I attached a photo of the dumb girl who messed up my order see stars for this place of a business
Called in twice and no one picked up. Ordered online instead and came in. Sat for almost 15 minutes in front of the counter waiting for someone to help me. Find out after waiting that my online order didn't go through even though I showed confirmation on my phone. A bunch of people at different tables were inside eating already complaining about waiting an hour for their food, so I wasn't going to wait either. I told them I had to leave. It was sad just listening to people complain about their wait time while the restaurant did nothing to try to make it right. If I at least saw the owner or manager try to do something for me or any of other customers who felt put off, I would believe they were actually trying to create loyal customers. However they didn't, so in the meantime I'll take my business elsewhere.
The first time I came here I was not impressed, waited a year and decided to come back and try it again..Most of got a new chef ? because food is much better.Pot stickers are great , orange chicken Is good. I forgot what noodles ? I got. But they were good. Except it's was really a plate of vegetable s.Should of been called a vegetable plate. There really were no noodles .. it was a pan fried noodle dish.The fried rice was just SO SO. Not much flavor.
Use to like this place but I think they’ve changed ownership because they’ve changed their servings on their Pho soups which is one reason why I switched to them and stopped going to Maui Pho. I usually get my orders to go and their bowls that noodles go in would be full and the soup part container would be full as well now everything is half full , that’s a big difference, especially if your paying these prices that have all gone up. Suggestion to Oh Noodles to keep your clientele I would go back to how you use to serve people.
This place is our favorite! We love the food and the decor, the place is also very clean. The owner and employees are friendly.
Food is really good but they definitely need more staff. I waited more then 30 minutes to get my take out that I ordered over the phone.
Simple place, not fancy. Delicious food and friendly service. Good value for money.
Omg The meet all burn??
My daughter had been dying to try this place took her last night for her Birthday. We had the worst experience ever, we waited an hour for our food then they did not even get my daughter's soup in the order. We waited another 15 mins for the soup that was gooey and had no flavor. The whole time we are there not once did any of the employees come to check on us or refill our drinks. Don't waste your money here pricey and bad service.
