The service was phenomenal. I was greeted by Christian and treated very well during my stay. I was dining alone and ordered the three enchiladas meal with a substitute for salad instead of the usual rice and beans. My order was delivered hot and fresh and very quickly so that I could get on with my evening. The waiter stopped to talk to me and give me some guidance on where to go during the rest of my stay here in town.I thoroughly enjoyed the chips and salsa, best I’ve ever had honestly.
Came here on a Saturday for an early lunch with my mom and kids. Their decorations were really cute and chic. They had both indoor and outdoor seating. It looks small from outside but they have a backroom with more tables that you wouldn't know about unless you had to use the restroom. I got their carne asada steak plate. I was thinking your typical carne asada but it was truly a steak. It was delicious though. My son got their nachos and I have to say, their nachos were bomb.com! Flavors were definitely there! Their chips and salsa were also delicious. They were the kind that you couldn't stop eating! Price was fair. The server was good and even the cook came out now and then to help w the service. That was pretty cool. My only complaints are that I can see this place being loud if it was packed and also the lock on the women's bathroom didn't work. Otherwise, this was a delicious lunch and I would definitely come back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was nice to have authentic tasting Mexican food. We had the nachos, which were very good and big enough for a large family to share. The chicken tacos were great! The chicken was very flavorful and tender. The tortillas were amazing as well. We also tried the chili relleno, which was also very tasty! This was a great find. The staff was very attentive as well. Would definitely return!
My wife and I stopped on an ungodly long ride from LV to Stockton for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Great food and fair service on a busy lunch hour. I do agree with the cost objections I read previously. We split street tacos with two soft drinks and it was $31 at lunch.
Shrimp enchiladas! Amazing! This place is so much better than the newer one on Calloway! Plus you get better service and free chips ?
This place is so good!! The ambiance is so cute, the service is exceptional, and the food blows all other places around here out of the water. We started with a ceviche tostada. I had recently gone to Puerto Vallarta and loved the ceviche there. This was pretty much a replicate. I don't eat pork for health reasons and I usually skip out on al pastor or pozole because of that. I was over the moon that I could have both here AND it was delicious! Mango margarita was a little too sweet for me (I like my drinks stiff), but it was still good regardless. I love spice and the salsa had a great kick to it as well!My mom had ordered ceviche bowl to go and mentioned that we had a long trip to San Francisco, so she asked if they could just make sure it was extra tightly packed so it wouldn't spill. They went above and beyond and packed it over ice so it would stay cold for the entire ride.I will DEFINITELY be stopping by again. Thank you so much!!
I honestly don’t know how this place has a 4.4 review. Walking inside the restaurant it smells bad, the food was not good at all. The price was not fair for the type of food they make! The pozole was horrible, el maíz some were white & some were dark color like if they did something bad. El rábano no se diga, parece que lo tenia ha guardado como hace dos días o tres días! Taste of food was not good at all, I didn’t even finish my mole! I don’t recommend this place at all if you are visiting! I drove two hours & will never come back to this restaurant. If I can put 0 star I would. 0000
The food qualifies as some of the best Mexican food I've had, we had the chicken colorado and the posole and they we're both delicious. If you're around the area you should stop by.
Food and service are both exceptional. The shrimp salad was light and refreshing. It blew my mind. Highly recommend. Worth the detour for a food stop.
I called and had a party of 10 for 6 pm. They had no problem accommodating our group. Very friendly staff...and the food is to die for... you will not be sorry. I had the chile verde, beans and rice. And I tell you it's one of the best I've ever eaten. Including the one I make. If I could give the 10 stars I would. Looking forward to the next time we are in town!!
