Horrible customer service, our first time here i walk in and dont even get greeted. A lady was cleaning minding her business and didnt even acknowledge us, turns out shes taking our order. She walks up no personality “are you guys ready” and i replied with a dry no and she simply walks away, im a server myself if you dont like your job why even do it fake a smile at least lady

While the food is pretty good here, in fact I prefer the food here over many of the other drive-thru food establishments that are in the area, customer services just alright and the price of the food is absolutely ridiculously outrageous. For a sandwich, a turkey sandwich, with a salad in substitute for French fries alone , plus one drink it was like $ 16 or $18! So for myself and my children to eat there I only have two kids and it was like $45! That is just crazy in my opinion. So needless to say, we will be eating at this establishment quite sparingly on account of d absolutely outrageous prices that they have there.
Shakes on menu but not available for purchase because machine is broken or so customers are told. Seems to me either fix the machine or take it off the menu. As it stands it's a complete and utter tease.
Family pack great price for our family size. We love luis Burger.for me steak n eggs ,or club sandwich ,great food.?
It's a burger place...and their gooood?But the CARNE ASADA tacos they got there are delicious....try one. Nice size tortilla de maiz at taco at around $2 dollars and 50cents.....
I don’t know who you guys have working the drive thru @ 8:15 am on November 7th , but your drive thru girl has an ATTITUDE PROBLEM ! Didn’t even want to finish ordering because she’s talking to me like I’m stupid because I couldn’t hear her OVER TRAFFIC . Hire better employee with better attitudes in the morning . Her life must be so hard working fast food with a shi**y attitude.
A great breakfast but sometimes they have no hash browns. They substitute hash browns for French fries. On the days they don't have the other.
Just tried the cheese burger and fries .The burger was well done and the cheese was melted properly. Flavor was really good.Fries were crinkle cut and cooked perfect and flavor was good.I will be going back ?
This place is really really good good breakfast and good pastrami that's too bad they don't have pastrami's right now that's the best pastrami ever ate
