The popusas are amazing! The set up of the restaurant is a little confusing. But the food is great!

Went in around 11:30 took 15-20 minutes just to get menus/drinks and left at 12:45 without even seeing our food. The waitress was rude. Half the staff was just standing around going in and out the restrooms. They never gave a refill on drinks or chips and salsa. The experience was complete trash. Wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. Came to Don Pepe’s instead. Now I’m sitting here food in front of me before I even finish this review. I’m sure the food isn’t ready at los Cabo’s yet.
1st time going, Will Never Go Back! Poor customer service, waitresses had attitudes from the moment we walked in looking at us like we owed something, let's just say they had favorite customers. Disappointed in the pupusas had more corn masa, too soft and soggy..
restaurant was not busy at all, we were only a party of 3. we waited 20 minutes to get menus or water. took us another 45 mins to get a refill on our drink and server said sorry about the wait. when we asked the server how much longer itd be for our food cause wed been there over an hour and she said 15-20 more mins and gave us attitude. we left. 1.5-2 hours for PUPUSAS is ridiculous. ZERO stars
Definitely not. Waitress was rude for no reason from the moment we walked in. Sat there for 5 minutes without a menu and lots of side eye. Ordered 4 cheese pupusas and waited over 30 minutes while our plates were just sitting there in the kitchen. Not worth it at all. Rude to younger people. The older adults get served way faster than younger looking people. Do not recommend if you're looking for a friendly, efficient environment.
My first time there.. I would go back. Good service and delicious food.
Hated this place food had hair in It. I told the waitress and she did nothing about it. Not even a sorry did we get or anything. Also my sons food arrived cold. Will not return to this place. Paid a high bill for 3 meals. Not worth it.
I was there on a Sunday and I was super busy. I took them 1 hour to get our food. Ones we got it it was not good.
This restaurant use to make good pupusas, but today I got disappointed. They are by far the worst pupusas I ever had. No flavor what so ever. As you can see in those pictures they cheese wasn't even spread out correctly. I hate the fact that they use "authentic" and "pupusa" house as their slogan. This are not authentic a cheese quesadilla has more flavor than this! Do yourself a flavor and try another place instead. I only gave it one star because 0 stars is not an option. So disappointed with this place!
