This place use to be amazing and don’t get me wrong the food is okay but there staff is unprofessional and all look like they’ve been hired on the spot, they all look lost and don’t know what they’re doing, they’ll stand In The same spot to sit talk and laugh for 10 min while I been waiting for my food in the drive thru for 45 min withONLY 2 cars in front of me. They messed up my burrito the first time, it was super soggy and completely fell apart and was extremely messy so I had taken it back to get a new one and they messed up on my order AGAIN. Don’t come here if you’re not trying to wait 30+ minutes in a drive thru and make sure you CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
Ive been to Leo's Burgers many times over the years but this morning was VARY DIFFERENT. I ordered the breakfast of Huevos Rancheros (picture on the Left). The tiny pieces of pork are as small as green peas that tasted very much like freezer burned overcooked pork. The refried beans are "Navy Beans"...big mistake. Yuk...! There was nothing appitizing about the plated meal at all as you can see for yourself. I left the restaurant feeling sick to my stomach. The picture on the right is also Huevos Rancheros from another restaurant that cost less and is very appitizing as you can see for yourself. Leo's, do the right thing for your customers and get a new Chef or cook who knows Huevos Rancheros and how to properly plate a meal.
I'm bummed. I've had Leo's before and their burritos were great. idk what happened today. I ordered a breakfast burrito with Carne asada and red salsa. I ordered off Doordash and it was like 12 bucks. took a bite and it was all..hashbrown. okay. took a few more bites and I felt like there was literally no meat and no salsa. tasted bland as heck. so I cut my burrito in half and man..this is not worth my money. 12 bucks and I see 1 little piece of meat in the egg of the burrito. and also, no red salsa. so I probably will be avoiding ordering from here now. I get that stuff is expensive but so are your burritos. so the least you can do is not skimp out on the most basic of ingredients. even for a breakfast burrito this is too much hashbrown and not enough meat. i ended up having to use cholula to get some sort of flavor.
Food is awesome but pricey. Have been here numerous times and haven't had most pleasant trips. Did a phone ahead order cause I know its busy around lunch time. Drinks were wrong for my order then staff argued with me when she was the one who took my order. Being busy isn't an excuse to not do your job proficiently. Waited just shy of an hour for my order when drive through was moving. Wont be returning. Other good burger joints
I came 25 minutes before they closed and they didn’t take my order when I waited in the drive through. A worker even came outside and they didn’t even acknowledge we were there or say they were closed. The person in front of us was sitting there for awhile trying to order as well and they took his order. When I went to the window The lady waved her hand at us to go away then opened the window rolled her eyes and said we are closed after I told her we were waiting for 20 minutes and just saw her take another order in front of us she then said she we are closed with attitude and slammed the window shut. I understand if they are getting ready to close but I do think this can be handled better. Horrible customer service they should of let us know they were closing early.
Leo's is a well known restaurant in town. They're especially famous for their breakfast burritos bc they're delicious and they're huge! I've also had plenty of their other foods, both breakfast and lunch and none of them has ever disappointed. My only complaint is that their customer service could definitely be better. They're okay, just not always pleasant. They're not necessarily rude but they definitely don't go beyond what they need to do to complete a transaction. The several times I've been inside to eat, its always clean enough. Could use a little updating There's plenty of tables. Bathrooms are basic but clean. But the food never disappoints! My previous employer would always buy their breakfast burritos for employees from Leo's and everyone absolutely would go crazy over them, trying to get more than one serving? Will always recommend Leo's for their BB ?
They have a very good, large menu, Mexican and American food to order. They have a drive thru, takeout and dine in as well. Homestyle cooking, grilling and fried foods. Friendly staff, who might customize a request you might want.
Ordered the carne asada tacos and chorizo plate. Very good. The cook, God bless his soul, made a fresh pot of coffee for me after the waitresses had said that they stopped serving coffee.
It took over 40 minutes in drive thru. Food okay and correct just too long of a wait.
It used to be better. Love their food, and the rarely get my order wrong, but something changed in the last two years. They have good COVID conditions in place, which I appreciate. Ordering from the drive through always takes a long time, but that is probably the price you pay for good food.
