the food and the services was great.
Service was slow, they push very hard on there taco bar, I wanted to sit and order a plate of food , I order a cadillac Margareta came out in 10 minutes tasted bad .I tried several times to get the mgr attention no luck. Food came out very plane no flavor at all on there Chile verda plate. Save you time and money skip it
I love this place, food is amazing and service is even better. Shout out to Adriana Elizabeth, every time our family comes to La Mina she goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of even when we’re not sitting in her section. 5 stars ⭐️

The restaurant itself from the inside is absolutely gorgeous love the little water fountain. The waiters are absolutely incredible very helpful with figuring out what you want to order. Manager was very attentive to us cuz my sister fell and hurt her knee. Our cocktail dreams were incredible but our food was not as delicious as I thought it was going to be.
Food is not consistent you come in on a Saturday and on a Monday and the food is totally different. The menu has been changed their chicken tortilla soup is not the same . As well as other items . One day their chile verde is dark and has oregano ( which is not what it calls for) and the next day is Amazing!! What is up with the cook!! Get some o e they is consistent with the way they cook !! Another thing is the restroom situation!! No one ever checks the restrooms for toilet paper, paper towels making sure it LOOKS CLEAN!! Nothing!!
We used to love going for brunch. This was our first time going since covid started. And the food just wasn't the same. My enchiladas were cold. The ribs were tough. The service was slow. There wasn't a whole lot of food choices..There prices went up. Its was 45 for 2 people.. think if we go back we'll try the other location. We were disappointed.
We eat here pretty often and I like how they always seat you right away. The servers are always very attentive. I have liked everything I have tried on the menu. I’m always happy to see their parking lot busy when I drive past.
I had to go to this restaraunt to meet some people for brunch. I usually do not go to La Mina for brunch. It is over priced for the quality of food given. I'm sorry to say it is so bland that I have to drench my food in salsa. The service was great
Great Dinner!! We had a party for my daughter's 15th birthday on Auburn location and we couldn't be more pleased!! The food was food and plentiful cheese enchiladas, fajitas, chile verde rice beans and tortillas. Dinner salad as well. The staff was ready and prepared for our party and the 3 young ladies that served our party was attentive and polite. Adriana was our main host and she really made sure our needs were met and she deserves extra recognition. We even played our own music and danced a little bit and made my daughter's birthday fun and exciting!! Great Job La Mina staff and specifically Adriana and manager I forgot his name! We appreciate the attentive and polite service with a great meal!!
