We do road trips through Bakersfield a lot and always stop here for lunch or dinner. The food is great and the service is always friendly. This time, however, they didn’t put our name on the list when we got there so our wait time ended up being a long time. But once we were seated it was a good experience.Husband had the shrimp cocktail (which is what I typically get) and it was fresh and had huge prawns. I got the Tropical Tuna for the first time. It was massive! Fresh fruit on top of raw tuna on top of ceviche. Flavorful and filling!

I highly recommend for special days or events la costa restaurant the food is so delicious the drink are awesome and Salvador the waitress was super attentive with all our needs. Super friendly and cordial. We enjoyed Mother’s Day here.

Delicious food and drinks! The atmosphere is fun and the whole place is very well decorated. We will definitely be coming back to try more.

Ordered the 7 seafood soup & it was delicious.. the waiter was very polite & friendly also the owner.. I always enjoy myself

Quick service drinks came quickly. My wife ordered chili rellenos but did not want the beans and rice so they gave her a salad and steamed vegetables it looked so good. I had the regular chili rellenos and a enchilada it was so good. One of the best res we have visited.

Good service and authentic, tasty food at a very reasonable price. Chili Verde was just right. Not too hot. And the grilled chicken fajita salad was great.

This is one of the best restaurants in Bakersfield bar none. The bar is also exceptional. This is located in the old ice plant and the ambiance is exceptional.

Service was wonderful. Kinda bummed they sold out of chili rellanos.. But all in all dinner was delicious

Came to have dinner w my boyfriend and dad also to watch the Super Bowl game, got there on half time, we had good food, cocktails w an excellent waiter, the game was still on when the restaurant was closing but there was a gray hair man (I assume the manager) told us we could finish the game w 3 minutes to go, all of sudden at 1 min n 44 seconds left on the game the tv was turn off, a waiter walked in told us to leave NOW!! he was very rude and acting like a real dick!! we have never been treated like that at any restaurant before, I was very upset, it was the “super bowl”the best game of the year!!! He really thought he was being funny……Bakersfield very lucky we have great Mexican Restaurant Casa Munoz, Red Pepper, Mexicali, all with amazing food but bottom line is how your treated, my family will ever walk in to your restaurant again!!

If your in Bakersfield and are looking for a place to hang with some buds, or even on a dinner Date. Stop by its a great spot.
