Wasn't impressed with their customer service.Wouldn't let a disabled homeless person use their restroom or give him anything to eat.You had to purchase something.
Food was cold, nasty tasted old. Biscuits where hard as a rock. Flavor was nasty change you oil! I craved it after not having it for months and it was not good. I ordered the famous bowl.
Just ordered, recommend asking about add-ons. We ordered the 10 piece family meal, add two breast and extra biscuits. The chicken breast were not in the bucket or anywhere in the bag. I live to far away to drive back, and I wasn't given a receipt.??♀️ VERY FRUSTRATING when you treating your family!
My wife called me to get 12 prices of chicken tenders and mash potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and 4 briskets as advertised in there website for $21.99Will I went there after work on Saturday December/11/2021 at 3:20 pm when I got there on wite lane and on my luck the restaurant supervisor waited on me so I show her the add but she ignores me and ignore the price on the website and tilling me for all that cost $39.99 but what happens to the $21.99 she said on line only we don't have that here. Now that it doesn't make sense to me at all because it doesn't say on line only and she ignored me and ignore there advertising with an attitude and for that I will never ever put my foot or drive through in Kentucky fried chicken again in the rest of my lif again.

I giving them a 1 star because the young lady in drive thru was worth the 1 star! No guest service skills! I ordered 2 combos and you get an extra item for 1.99 but she charged me $3 also there were no cookies in the bag and when i asked about them she says they should be in the bag! I emptied my bag and there was no cookies! She rolled her eyes when i said theres no cookies! She acted like she was doing me a favor by getting me my food! Smh i paid $19 for a attitude and waiting over 10 mins in drive! Management needs to train better! Dont just put anybody in a uniform just because you need a body! Sometimes that body will do more harm to your business then good
You should be able to mix and match the bucket. The chicken was ok.
Gave us the wrong order, and even after they gave us the correct order, they still didnt give us the gravy we ordered.Popeyes more like poopeyes.
Ordered 12 original pieces and sides. Only 10 put in the bucket, 2 of which were a small piece of a wing. 1 of the sides was correct. Biscuits were dry. We were disappointed. Recommend customers check any packed order before accepting orders. There are other options.Good luck.
