I came around 9pm I asked for several things and they did "not" have, so I ended up settling for a 3 piece chicken strip combo. There was no line at all and when I got to the window they handed me my food in a rushed / rudely way. I didn't check right there and then, I got home and untagged everything the food was old and stale, not even warm. (I don't live too far from this location) wasted money. If I could give this place 0 stars I would !!
Really good service, delivery was prepared when I arrived. Friendly staff and ambiance of the store was inviting. Food looked great and there were no complaints! This location is definitely a good one even though the parking lot and drive thru can sometimes be a hassle. It's worth it!
The only reason it's getting a star is cause it's close to me there a several times I went there just to have them screw my order up and they don't say sorry their food don't taste all that great compared to the other stores
So happy to have the vegetarian chicken, but they had run out when we went the last time.
KFC is always good to me but i had to take a star off for the most confusing drive thru i have ever visited. Out here having a panic attack trying to get in the line. Two parking lot entrances and not one can get you in line for the drive thru. But seriously, good food, sketch drive thru.
Yummy what ever happened to the ability to pick my meat of choice, They forced me to purchase it with pieces I not wanted and since I do not eat them it wasn't good practice. I'm going to find another KFC and if they're going to be like this place I would rather not buy anything from them at all.
Seem like Kentucky Fried Chicken doesn't taste the same anymore it's okay but not the same

I made my order @ 5:53. I picked up @ 6:08 .Tell me why they had NO LINE ( mind you they’re website says curbside as well ) so I went thru drive thru . Okay so I tell them I’m picking up & they tell me go inside , I said I have a baby in the car & she tells me go infront . Mind you I HAVE SOMEBODY MENTALLY DISABLED IN MY CAR IN THE BACK SEAT W MY BABY . but when I pull to the window , the girl is going to look in my back seat & tell me next time come in the lobby . Excuse me ??? I come home right, my order is COMPLETELY WRONG ? idk if they were trying to be funny or what.. so I go back . I try going inside , & what happens they’re doors locked . So i have to wait for somebody to open it . Just to get confused faces about my order being wrong & the manager coming up talking about” what happened now “ like what? I get told my food will be ready in ANOTHER 10 mins . Fast forward , I barely got my food @ 7:03 . & I’m home now, my chicken breading isn’t even fully cooked LOL .Let me add, there was people trying to go inside when I was there the second time waiting for my food , why the hell were the workers telling them go to drive thru but with me I had to come inside ????? WILD
Customer service was the worst they rush you and look at you dirty and this was just drive threw I wouldn’t recommend eating here just getting your food and leaving
