It's okay. I ordered the 3-piece with 2 sides and a drink - $14.06. Considering prices of food now this was more economical for the amount of food served at other restaurants. The chicken is juicy and the texture of the chicken is spot on, but it's not the flavor profile I'm used to. I prefer KFC original fried chicken, but Jollibee is better than Popeye's fried chicken in taste and meatier chicken than KFC and Popeye's.. I had the mashed potatoes and adobo rice. The adobo rice wasn't as flavorful as Popeye's dirty rice. For me, it boiled down to my previous comfort food experiences. For reference, my favorite fried chicken was Jay's. This has a similar crunch, but not the flavor. Service didn't standout, but I had no issues and I'm confident it would be above average had I had an issue.
Online pickup order on a Saturday mid-afternoon. A little bit of everything, as I always wanted to try this place. Order process was quick and easy, ready when I arrived. Everything nicely packed, no crushes, hot and fresh. Burger was tasty. Chicken sandwich thick, juicy, flavorful. Burger steak nicely seasoned, as was gravy on satisfying mashed potatoes, as well as adobo rice - almost a meal in itself. Regular chicken was juicy, crunchy, tasty, and the spicy chicken had a nice extra kick. Spaghetti has a sweet flavor with hot dog slices, that should be popular with kids of all ages. Palabok was nicely exotic - think sweet and sour shrimp over angel hair pasta, with sliced egg! Overall a great experience. I expect to be a regular customer.
1.Overall, super slow to get the food even they have chicken ready in the oven.2.Over priced with small size dishes. I think the owner or the company is stingy3.Ordered steak meal and waited for 30 mins and finally got the quality like a normal beef burger.My family will never come back. I think Jollibee is not smart since you should know fast-food restaurant relies on returning customers.
It was my first time in a Jollibee restaurant the food was good at least what I order but I was hungry hungry and I din't want to wait in the drive thru so I decided to go in, we'll for them to take a half an hr to get my order ready I watch them go all over and the lady that was doing my order at first just left it there. I feel sorry for the one that give it to me it wasn't her fault and she got in trouble. Next time finish what you start that way your customer get satisfy ooh one more thing if your going to give out free things make it good not just gravy is gross... two stars for customer satisfaction and four stars for food that I order
I can't say what is worse if the food or the service. It took almost 45 minutes to get my food and there were only 3 people inside and no one in the drive thru. After 35 minutes of already waiting they informed me that there would be a 15 minute wait for spicy chicken. When I received my food it was cold! When I told the team the chicken was cold they were upset because I said something. Please don't waste your time or money. Raising Canes is literally down the street.
First time here, overall the food was delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside tender on the inside, flavor was a left wanting a bit. However the chickewich and the spaghetti was delicious. The I'd definitely return for the latter. Recommend this for a quick bite to eat but do remember the best option is the spaghetti.
I thought the food was really good . The gravy has my heart ? i definitely cant wait to try everything else on the menu . I was amazed ! I forgot the name of what i ordered but it was the dish with the glass noodles and garlic sauce with chicken . It earned a solid 8.5 for me . The flavors were all there and the textures Of the crunchy chicken, smooth gravy, and chewy noodles and shrimp complimented eachother so well ! I also have to mention the pie tasted so fresh . It literally tasted like it was made from scratch with fresh fruit and homemade flakey crust . 10/10 ?
Ok I was hesitant but just about 1 of everything to feed 2 peeps service was great friendly service just the cutest Asian girls working there so kind all of them with a smile food wow the spaghetti was at first like what huh .??? But just so different and delicious love it !Yamburger while small was tasty beef steaks in sauce Salisbury steak ish but better the chicken is so good not greasy it's crispy just full of flavors and the gravy dipping sauces for the chicken is awesome I put it over all sorts of stuff adobo rice delish the more I ate the more I liked it almost pioneer chicken ish I would definitely go back again get the pineapple drink! Fresh fresh everything peach mango pie yummy but could be sweeter lol
Simply put, not good. Chicken is bottom of the barrel in terms of taste and texture. Much better options out there for fried chicken. Bummer because I really wanted to like this place. Will not return for chicken joy, maybe other items if I'm in the area. Peach mango pies are the only thing worth praising. They are flaky and just the right amount of Sweet.
I feel like some of the bad reviews I read were from people unfamiliar with Filipino food.We had a great experience. We ordered our food to go because the people ahead of us were rude and unruly. We received what we ordered in an appropriate amount of time. They make things to order, which means it's not cooked until you order it. We ordered chicken tenders, fries and a peach-mango pie. The pie didn't make it to the start of the meal. I'd get more than one next time. This was our first time there. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the chicken was delicious!We'll be back!
