I went to this Jack in Box on Friday night after work and I ordered the #14 chicken strip and Curly Fries and a diet Coke and my total was $12.13 and I handed the girl my gift card and she looked at me and swiped my gift card and said there is nothing on the card and I said there is $25.12 on the card and she said trust me there is nothing on the card..the Card was a $50.00 card used twice and there was money on the card.. I just canceled my order and I left and I called the number on the back of the card and the recording said I had $25.12 on the card and I went to another Jack in the box and I got my order what I ordered at this Jack in the box with no problem and I talked to their Manager and he said he will talk to their General Manager about your Jack in the box and that girl should not be in customer service..she was a very Rude to me..The Jack in the box I went to was 6815 Stine Road Bakersfield Ca. 93313
I ordered through the drive thru today. I had never had such cold curly fries. Not even warm to the touch. So disappointed. Oh and by the way, I don't like Dr. Pepper. I ordered Coke and they gave me Dr. Pepper. So not only did I not eat my cold curly fries, I didn't have a drink with the rest of my meal. Never again will I go to this JITB.
Lucky this place got 2 stars ???? dried out over fried my onions rings , burnt jalapenos poppers, ordered a jumbo Jack with no onions guess what I got a lot of onions. Gross . I'm just so disappointed and grossed out with this place.
The young lady that works night shift serving the food is completely rude and her name is Dolores wears glasses I believe . She has bad customer service needs to be retrain or replaced. She was not professional & She took long taking my order and I pulled up the window I caught her busy texting on her phone while not taking my order. She took my order and give my food all cold did not get any napkins or sauces for my nuggets combo.
This place is not actually open 24 hours. Don't get duped and don't make the drive if it's weird hours in the day.
Food was and order was accurate. Didn't have to wait to long to get the food
Higher prices compared to other Jack In the Box’s and they don’t allow online orders because they’re cheap and don’t want to accept coupons.
I had the new spicy Clucker chicken combo. The chicken was juicy and a had a great flavor as far as the spiciness for me it would need more. All in all was a great meal.
A drive-thru cashier was not very welcoming ,had an attitude problem as if he did not wanna be there and was just flat out rude no .I remember saying to my grandkids in the car before we left the parking lot that I was going to call and complain to their manager. Had every intention to do so but I was in a rush . And what made things even worse was that there was a piece of lettuce found in my drink .I will never go to that Jack in the Box again. Had it not been for that experience I would have rated it five stars
5 stars just because every time i order a no meat breakfast burrito they always customize the pricing for me whereas at other locations i get charged for a regular meat breakfast burrito without the meat which to me is wrong.JIB should add no meat breakfast burritos or soy chorizo breakfast burritos to its menu.
