So a few things that need a little attention, and please don't message me back with a fake apology in a generic response. Just fix the issue that continue to be pointed out in other reviews.The first thing, customer service is very disappointing, when I walked in a couple of works were having a conversation with some customers, which is fine but it took a few minutes for the worker to even acknowledge that I was standing 7 ft away from her, with in eye sight. Told me some one would be right with me. A few minutes later someone finally took my order.Second thing, when the guy finally got around to taking my order he had such a bad attitude. It felt like he personally had a problem with me, which I know is not true cause we never met and I'm super lovable. Lets get him to smile more and maybe some anger management classes or therapy, who knows how deep his issues go!Third thing, the menu is very deceptive. The actual price was about 1.50 more which is fine, I don't mind paying that, just be honest about the price.Fourth thing, my chicken sandwich meal came to more than 10$. I am fine with paying that, I just hope that with as expensive as it is getting, that you are paying these workers a livable wage. Maybe if they were being paid better, they'd be better workers?
I went inside instead of the drive thru…. I waited for more than 20 minutes standing there with no acknowledgement… another customer mentioned because their drive thru was so busy it was taking a while to get service inside which was not ok. In understand that there seemed to only be 2 employees working and their drive thru was busy but I was completely ignored… I ended up leaving and going through the drive thru
Never write reviews but why wouldn’t you put sauce after asking what kind of sauce? And I got chicken tenders. Smfh
I ordered the home style chicken ranch with no ranch. The chicken came in 3 parts?! Not in a whole. I’m still going to eat it though. Oh and the chicken doesn’t taste fresh.
Although the prices at JACK IN THE BOX are very high compared to my hometown LAS VEGAS NV. I was very pleased.We went through the drive - thru we had 2 separate orders and the cashier was pleasantly nice. She didn't get irritated because we had 2 separate orders and she got both orders correct and guess what? The fries were hot and fresh. Great job !!
I usually get great service but twice I've gone through the drive thru only to be told they are closed for 30 minutes or so. Went to another Jack and they told me that they do not shut down, accept orders and the necessary shutdown should only take 5 minutes, not 30.

Went through drive thru.. ordered a large chocolate shake. Wait time was long. And Cashier in drive thru was rude. Shake was really good.
Food was good but when I was eating it through the car wash, the car window opened on it's own and now I cant eat my food
Great location for a quick bite to eat and being able to place our order by using their app even better.
