came in on Friday may 20th 2020 to order a strawberry shake but I think some one put laxatives in it. A young girl helped me and whent to the back then gave it to me. I thought nothing of it until my abdomin hurt really bad after a few sips of it. I didn't even get to finish it. It didn't feel like I had to use the facilities. It cramped and felt inflated and everytime I walked it became even more swollen and inflamed. The pain was horrible. I thought I was going to vomit right on the floor.I've gotten shakes at plenty of other fast food joints and have never felt like this. Some one spiked my drink.
Today is April 18, 2022 I went in around 5:00, there was 2 young men and 1 younger girl and 1 slightly older girl she wore a shift lead button up I believe. Tell me why she was the only one actually doing her job. It look as if she was on the clock alone. taking drive thru orders and FOH orders like what is the other girl there for? I use to work at Jack and this mad me mad. I would’ve sent them home. Just not doing their job hiding in the back. Some other shift lead was there aswell but I believe he just came back from his break so he kinda stood in the back for a while but man it sucked to look at the other girl work while the others just stood around haciendo sen pendejos.I rate the girl with the button up shirt 1-10 a 100 and 5 star. The rest 0 and the other button up dude I can’t rate him cause he just walked in.
Cold food, cheese never melted on our burnt patties, toasted instead of grilled sd bread, son's sandwich was supposed to be a plain Crispy (being you can't have it Crispy and spicy I guess) chicken sandwich, it had everything on it, they made the wrong flavored shakes and told us they would have to charge to make them over, so rude..and we love jack, just not this location
Everything was great except they didn't give us our drink!
Meat was not freshly cooked. Patty was chewey and dry. Service was good.
I haven't eaten at fast food in about 10 years and either the quality has drastically gone down or my taste buds have gone up. The meat quality was terrible.
Food was good but they didn't put bacon on my bacon burger so that loses it a star from the rating.
Jack in the box is best for its ultimate cheese burger and mini loaded tacos, with avocado sauce best to go for.
Good food take out fast and good. Was still hot when I got home. It's perfect to get A, To go meal on a day, your not able to cook at home for whatever reason.
I have never had a more disgusting experience at a fast food restaurant. I bought a pita pocket. The bread was used sponge, there was no filling and it tasted like it had been made a month ago. Never, ever again. Can you have less that one star?
