I just finished eating there 5 minutes ago and I loved the employees, Alondra did great customer service and food was amazing, exactly as I ordered, will come back for more ??❤️
I am a usual customer in this Jack in the box... the service is usually exceptional but the last 2 visits I had unpleasant experience... this last visit I was in need of the restroom and It was denied... I did not see any signs whatsoever saying that they were out of service and that was the excuse that they were.not working... bummer
This location in particular has forgotten to give me my card back while paying in drive-thru. While I do understand that it's my responsibility to make sure I get it, it can be frustrating having to ask for it sometimes. Just be vigilant about that while visiting this one. The manager is efficient and competent. Poor lady just has young, absentminded staff working there. God bless her patience.
Worst customer service ever. I spent 10 minutes yelling for someone to take my order. They were just too busy chatting. And it takes forever to get your food.

Worst service ever! So i bring my family to lunch before we go out of town and have to wait 10 minutes before I can order, you can hear them completely lost as they left there mic on. I was very specific on all of my order to minimize and kind of confusing. They charged me for item i did not order so then the manager come. Caucasian female was rude and talk to me in a rude tone for correcting her on the items I did not order. Then as I'm still waiting for my order they are scrambling everywhere. There clearly is a lack of a manager that need to know what she's doing. I used to love coming to Jack in the box but it's time to change that.
