I KNOW this is a California staple, don't hate me! But, having tried most of the classic burger chains all over the country - This one was a bit disappointing. Maybe I set the bar TOO high for trying it. I tried, of course, the animal style fries and animal style burger. The shake - fantastic! Burger - Just 1 patty I felt like I didn't even taste beef. The secret sauce IS good, as are the onions, but not enough to pull it through. The fries - ok so the fries by themselves are just not crisp or seasoned. The sauce/onions - again - NOT enough to pull them through. I did NOT like just a slice of cheese melted on top (which just hardens back to a slice of cheese pretty quickly).This was HIGH on my foodie bucket list and I was just ... disappointed.STAFF / ENVIRONMENT - perfecto, don't change a thing.
Well. It's In N Out. It doesn't suck. At all. Their food is some of my favorite comfort food. You always know what you're gonna get since quality control is still a thing for them. The only downfall of this particular InNOut is their parking lot and drove through deal. It's totally jacked up. I can't like it. Most of their parking spots are taken over by shipping containers and the drive through is some unsolvable maze to get to. And well one just doesn't feel all that safe in this parking lot at night.
First time eating here and it was soooo good not only was the food Delicious and fresh but the crew was amazing Eddie was so polite and patient with me taking my order and we need more people like him in the fast food industry, Karla and Christine were also amazing
Nice place. Good breakfast. A little far from historic district.Rooms are clean.
It was good. Not as good as What-a-burger, however for a trip through California it is probably as good as you can do.
There was a super long drive thru line. So I went inside and boy my service was impeccably awesome. Afar and Jose helped me so very much! My food was hot and fresh and made fast and exactly what I asked for. Thank you In-N-Out Burger!

As far as fast food goes, it's one of the best. I like the food, service is fast, and the atmosphere is great. The only bad thing is waiting in the drive up line, for a take-out order. There is always, at least, 15-20 cars waiting in the line, sometimes more.
It's In-N-Out, what is there to say? Pro-tip: if you don't want to wait in a drive through line that wraps around the entire shopping center parking lot, go inside and order to-go. You'll get your food in less than half the time and you're not burning gas while doing so.
