Found a hair in my daughter nuggets. I called and the first girl was like ok ummm would you like to talk to the manager and I said yes, and the manager just picked up and said you can bring the item back with receipt and we can exchange for you or redo.!? What how ? I’m the one feeling bad calling saying sorry I had to call and then after she actually said we’re sorry.
There are two menus at drive-thru. The one at the entrance has different prices than the one at the order station. It is very deceiving, considering you would be planning your meal by the first menu. When I brought this up at the pick up window, the employee simply stated, "Oh yeah, we raised our prices." There was a $2 difference on the Nacho/meat supreme I ordered. All there was a bag of chips and not enough toppings. They were dry.
This place is great prices payed only 13 to get two people full Plus my puppy too.. there food is great I loved it and the fries are bomb the seasoning on them ? omg the best I will come back here to eat had a clean clean places there bathroom are clean too plus there was homeless people around the area but didn't get asked for anything which is great...I will eat here when I'm in Bakersfield.
If I can put 0 stars I would didn't want to do this but since they want to leave you on hold and not answer I just went but about 45 min ago got charged for 4 orders and only got 2 total I asked the girls if that was all my order they said yes and drove all the way home and had 2 orders missing honestly not worth the drive used to be good but the way they are handling customer service it ain't worth it ill make sure to let all my followers know this place ain't worth we try to help and spend out money in small shops but so far big franchisees are going to continue to get out money
Food is great plenty ofParking ,drive thru access plenty of tables4 star only cause front cashier a really rude lady . The rest all good!
The absolute best bacon cheeseburger I've ever had. Freshest high quality lettuce and onions. Smoothies that aren't watered down make it all the better
Customer service needs a lot of work food in the other hand is great the price very good as well.
We love coming here but i think there must be new owners i Havent been in a while but the girl at the drive thu was ..well had no personally at all .after she took are order shw didn't say anything i mean nothing we sat there she didn't say anything. Not See u at the window or how much . and we ordered the family meal and added one more burger but you only give one ranch we ordered 4 hamburger..really 1 ranch for 4 people. I thinks its time to try a different hamburger place..disiponted..we have been coming here for 5 years now..
Inside the establishment was not clean. I ordered a pastrami sandwich. My friend ordered a bacon burger combo. She found a hair in her burger.. Done Done Done. Will definitely not eat there again. This place doesn't deserve the star I was forced to give..
Great burgers & fries. Recommend & will return.
