Huge bowls!! Healthy and delish?
I have eaten here a few times now. Minimum wait times. It's great for a takeout shawarma place
Ordered a bowl and chicken plate to go. The servings on the chicken shawarma plate looked much smaller than I remember, and it had no salad. When we got home, my husband said the chicken was so dry and hard, so he drove all the way back. The guy behind the counter took off the old chicken and slid on some new chicken kabob, right over the cold rice and handed it back to my husband, without the tzatziki sauce. My husband didn't notice he took out the sauce until he got home. We will never eat here again. Next time we will go to Sultans, where the food servings are huge for the same price, tastes better, and they get the order right.
Seems like the service is heading south fast. They need more help in the kitchen or just have the employees that stand around help behind that counter. At least until the traffic dies down.
Very tasty selections we'll prepared and seasoned. Worth a try if you've never been. If I had one critique it would be perhaps a slightly expanded menu selection
Consistently decent food. Not my preferred location but still good if I want quick falafel.
Bad customer service.
Order was placed via phone and we waited in the car until pick up. I was greated by a very lovely blonde named Alex. She was so friendly and kind. It was obvious she was going above and beyond for her job and position. The cooks and rest of the staff seemed equally busy and friendly. All saying thanks as I left. Meals were ready on time. Meals were correct. I specifically went back in to ask her name so I could leave a review. (And I don't do that often) NOW, I know service has improved at this location, thanks to Alex, I will be back. ? Only gave 4 out of 5 due to prior service at this location. I normally would drive to the other locations because the staff wasn't always very friendly at this one. Nice to see the improvements.
Fast and fresh
Food ready right on time, incredibly delicious chicken kabob and chicken shwarma bowl. The fries have a great dash of pepper and spices too. Fantastic price, I would come back again and again for this meal. I hope they expand!
