Had the best experience at this location the manager edelina was very professional and provided me and family with excellent service, I seen first hand how much her staff respects her and her leadership, im glad that she is in the management position, if the owner of this franchise is ready this please, make sure you keep this young lady. She is a great asset to the company, edelina thank you again for your extreme customer service. My family truly had a great experience and will be making this place our eating location when it comes to sandwiches.
I would honestly love to give this store a great review, but not this time! 3/ Sever's, and they still smothered my salad w/tomatoes!The dressing on the 2/sandwiches was way too much that I couldn't taste anything else. Maybe next time, Firehouse Sub...
I love their subs we drive from Tulare to have one that's how good they are
MOLD ALERT!! So disappointed and disgusted. I can't believe anyone would even serve this to my wife. She was throwing up and still has stomach aches. There is no way they didn't see this. I understand they are busy and I really like firehouse subs, but you tell me is this how you want to start the New Year off?
My Sub looked just like the picture , but it was bland and I asked for everything on it, what happened to the flavor, the $3.00 Sub at Walmart taste better, customer service was great, store was very clean and organized, but that sandwich was trash , 25 min drive , waste of my time. I should have just bought one of those red Firehouse pickle buckets in the front.
I love their Italian sub. It is the best. The bread is so good and fresh I love it. If you haven't tried the Chili you must it is delicious.

Lots of good meat in their sandwiches and price is reasonable. Hope the change of owners doesn't change how they make their food

As I was getting ready to go to sleep tonight some guy was nice and brought me three of the subs from Firehouse easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had I get five stars and hope every one of my friends will see this because they are easily one of the best sub companies I've had a sub from to date
