I flew into town to visit family and my aunt wanted to come here for dinner. OHMYGOSH. This place blew me away! My favorite clam chowder is at a place in Pismo Beach. Somehow, this place in Bakersfield makes their clam chowder, and you can get it in a toasted, buttery sourdough bread bowl. It was so good I really could not believe it. Everything we ordered was wonderful! And the service was so friendly, so helpful, so attentive. I'm back in Colorado and wishing they would open a restaurant here! If you find yourself in Bakersfield, you have to try this place!
Giving this place a 5 star because the bartender, Isaac was awesome, he was attentive and outgoing, the staff are the face of these places and without great staff these places could not succeed. The atmosphere and decor of the place makes it even more enjoyable and just a great hangout spot.
Good atmosphere, waitress was nice and food was good. Originally went to go bowling but it was all down and didn't know when it would be up and running again
The place is pretty cool, decent happy hour food, cheap wings, good prices for bowling. Only played for 1 hour but was still alot of fun. Not to big of a selection on arcade games but still fun.
This fireside is great. Good drinks only because of having a good bartender at that time I was there. Waitress attentive, only thing is that place should consider retro fitting itself with modern equipment.
The food is absolutely terrible. Bland. I had the three cheese steak sandwich. It was basically roast beef lunch meat on bread. Service is poor because the servers are given sections that are far too big for one person to handle. Waiting 20 minutes for a soda, napkins, and condiments is ridiculous.
Nice inside .friendly staff clean.alright prices they have horse racing.football on there tvs when theres a big game pool tables and 1 more thing bowling i think .but overall I would go back
This place is awesome! We went for a fam night on tuesday so you know we had to get Tacos. We ordered I think it was 15 tacos for $12. My son ordered a Hawaiian pizza that was also delicious ?. We also bowled and we were helped my Stephanie. She is a great, made sure we had everything we need. The best service from her while our time there.
Pool is inexpensive. Bowling is fun but definitely would not go there if you are there to play for real. Service is horrible everytime I go.
Food is s good, I asked four times if they could put the LA kings game on one of their many many TVs, in which I KNOW was being televised. I never seen them attempt to find the channel, nor did they come back to tell me that they couldn't find the channel. I have previously seen a kings game at this location on the same channel (bally's sports west) so I know they didn't bother to try. Nobody was watching any of the games being played or the horseracing or the makeup infomercial. I came out to have a good time with old friends and watch the game, only had a mediocre time with friends.
